This establishment probably have great intentions but it definitely needs some work in my opinion. Firstly it is way too expensive for to be 200 per week and you still have to provide breakfast and lunch for your child.. every week the field trips they are taken on which is really cool. Unfortunately far as I know, there's no one taking photos so the parents who are spending their arm and leg can see their child enjoying themselves. The field trips aren't covered in the weekly rate, that's another 150 but it's not every week. I think it's every 3 weeks. Even after 600.00 plus 150.00 have been spent, for 3 weeks of camp and field trip fee. Most of the field trips doesn't include any sort of food, beverages, snacks, etc.
The book keeping is not good, you can pay for something and they'll say you still owe what was paid. I'm sure it isn't on purpose but cmon you gotta do better.
I've even brought dance wear, and more items for my child and haven't received them after weeks. It's like it was only brought for this, if we can't get it so she can put it to use in a timely manner then we might as well not brought it even though alot of the extras are mandatory. All I can say is this place is super duper expensive and as the saying goes you get what you pay for..sometimes you pay for what you aren't getting and this place can be either or depending on the day/week

Dance Makers is amazing the coaches and students work very hard and it pays off. I’m never disappointed and my daughter loves it. If you’re looking for a place where you want your child to gain confidence, structure, and make new friends this the place to be.

I am genuinely pleased to witness my daughter thriving as a member of the competition team at Dance Makers. Although no major organization is without its shortcomings( communication), I am optimistic about her progress as a dancer and eagerly anticipate her continued development. The fees for the competitive dance team are in line with those of other dance schools, and it's important to be prepared for travel and to be fully devoted to your dancer's journey. Additionally, Dance Makers boasts highly qualified instructors with impressive dance credentials.

My daughter had an amazing time at Dance Makers from before covid until 2024. She started out in the non-competitive dance program and eventually was invited to join the competitive dance team.

The Director is straightforward and upfront about her expectations from the dancers and parents. The staff is responsive and very helpful. The instructors were fantastic - they did a great job getting the dancers competition ready. Competitive dance is a big commitment, but the experience was totally worth it for my daughter.

If competitive dance isn't your thing, the non-competitive program still teaches your little ones the basics of dance while learning a routine that will be showcased at the end of the season performances.

We also participated and enjoyed the summer camp program for years. My daughter enjoyed the trips to swim parks, skating rinks, Adventure parks, and more.

Overall, we were super happy with our total experience at Dance Makers.

Dance Makers has truly been a wonderful dance home for my family. I have been a proud dance mom here since my oldest daughter was just 2 years old, and now both of my daughters are part of the Dance Makers family. From the very beginning, the instructors and staff have been incredibly welcoming, nurturing, and passionate about helping each dancer grow.

Because of Dance Makers, my children have not only developed a strong love for dance, but they have also gained confidence, discipline, and lifelong friendships. It’s amazing to watch their excitement every time they walk through those doors, eager to learn, create, and shine.

I am so grateful for the positive, inspiring environment that Dance Makers provides. It has been such a joy to watch my girls fall in love with dance, and it’s all thanks to this wonderful school and its incredible team. I can’t imagine our dance journey anywhere else!

My daughter (7) had a really good time at Dance Makers for her trial dance. She made two friends, said everyone was very nice, and was able show us the majority of her routine when we got home. I am still trying to understand why they text me and email me throughout the week as a reminder of the appointment for today. They did not even apologize and did not care. I will obviously not reschedule knowing they are this unprofessional.

I'm a Nana...A grandmother of a Summer Camper 2022. My granddaughter is eight years old. She's bright and beautiful yet with each child there's areas that they can grow to be better and stronger. My granddaughter is very emotional and was lacking in social skills until her experience with Dance Makers Summer Camp! She loved the day-to-day activities and and outings. Everyday she shared about meeting new friends and some kids that didn't befriend her. The most significant part of her experience was she learned how to socialize and how to understand that everyone may not like to befriend her, for whatever the reason.She was treated very well without prejudice by all the Camp Counselors. Although she and some of the kids shed tears on the last day of camp, the reason was for the good-hearted and positively amazing job of the staff! Although her parents financed her journey and it too me is costly. I must say that our child is worth it and so is yours!!!!

My 4 yr old loves her ballet/tap class at dance makers! This is her first introduction to organized extracurriculars and it has been such a smooth transition. She counts down the days until dance every week and has learned so much! Plus, they navigate covid so well. The girls are on separate mats on the ground to keep them separate and sanitize diligently. We also get to watch the girls once a month on zoom. I can't recommend them enough!

This is a horrible place and it starts with the Director! Read the reviews all of the bad ones are true and good ones have no creditability. Review the reviewer. I wouldn't be surprised if the others were written by Robin Pitts herself. This studio is the perfect example of everything that glitters isn't gold. You pay 1000s of dollars into a place that markets turning your child into a star just to find out that they won't even make it amongst the stars. Dance was suggested to me because my daughter was having social issues (well she wasn't speaking). I brought her to DanceMakers on a Groupon. Worst 40.00 and year and a half I've ever spent. Starts off good but it’s bad like the owner’s weave

My daughter has been attending Dance Makers for a little over 4 years. It has been a pleasure working with the administrators, staff and dance instructors. Dance Makers has given my daughter the opportunity and confidence she needed with dancing and WE THANK THEM FOR THAT.
