Great gym 24hrs is perfect for me.Place is always clean, the owners are very nice. Equipment gets fixed fast when broke. Dispensers are usually filled. I enjoy everything about this gym.

Frequently dirty and out of cleaning supplies even in the middle of the day when no one is in the gym. Machines frequently broken and repairs aren’t being made. The gym smells like pee and shame when you first walk in. I come here over Preston because it’s 20 minutes closer, but the drive seems is starting to seem worth it now. Not to mention that they don’t turn the heat on in the winter time other heat doesn’t work like most of the machines

They have cheap machines. Their lat pull-down is what you’d expect to find in a budget garage gym. Please get quality lat pull-down machines. They got a new chest supported row, but it’s terrible and the handles are already bent. They’ve had a lat pullover machine that’s been broken for at least 6 months. Either or fix it or get rid of it. If you are not a serious lifter and just want to do some exercise, the gym is okay. But if you want to lift and use high end equipment, this is not the place for you.

Very nice owners, locally owned, very personalized experience. Anytime I have needed assistance they have helped me right away and always resolve my issue. I love the unlimited tanning. I would give it a 5 if the price was worth it but the dollars do not add up. I pay 70 dollars a month- that's with a first responder discount, they don't offer family packages it's only individual. I've paid less than 70/mo for gyms in the past that had so much more to offer.

Great gym.... lots of space, good variety of equipment, friendly staff, and I love that they allow drop-ins for daily or monthly use without a contract. Definitely will be back every time I am in the area.

It's a small gym but it's great! The owner actually cares about it and takes care of it. It's still small but it's better than the YMCA down the street. If you live in Denton, I recommend signing up!

This place is mediocre compared to planet fitness. Very upsetting that there aren't better gym options around here but it has to do for now. Overpriced for the equipment in here, I would love to see some updated equipment. I go here mostly for the tanning.
