My only requests from The MIL Veteran Business Owner are these; With the # of mil bases and disabled vets of recent years, please consider like most area gyms, ADA warm up non impact cardio equipment installation please >> ROW MACHINES 1/2 and at minimum, low exercise bike(s) 1/2. Just these two basic additions, may prove to gain you 20% more sign ups, that is , if you want the newbies striving to have nice bodies, vs only catering the already fit and perfect bodies.[its your show sir].THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I went to check out DMV Iron Greenbelt and was absolutely blown away. This gym has got to be the best gym ever!! Bigger is better when you wanna workout. They have some of the best equipment and plenty of it. My recommendation is check it and see for yourself. Maybe I'll see you there. Hope you have a good workout, stay pumped!!

The new location exceeds any expectations that I remotely had. Having memories of the former LA Fitness location, I had no idea this location would be this massive. I have been to all of the locations and this one appears the largest. The equipment at this location is absolutely impressive. There is an EXTENSIVE selection of equipment for each body part. The very clean locker rooms is larger than other locations with a decent size sauna. There is a decent amount of cardio equipment (much more than the other locations) but the focus is clearly the steel. All the equipment "feels just right", makes sense and is anatomically appropriate. Joining is easy. Just click on the few links and that's it. No multiple levels of people trying to pressure into something you can't immediately see the value in. My home gym is DMV Rockville but I'll be checking this location from time-to-time. Plenty of free parking and the staff are cool. Definitely recommend checking out this location.
