I didn't have much of an issue with the motivation to workout regularly, but just felt like I needed to focus on a solid strength routine ensuring proper form and technique. I found Keri as a trainer near me on Google and moving onto her Instagram, quickly realized she offered the type of workouts I would enjoy and could repeat on my own (plus trained everyday people!). The structure of Keri's programming allows me to see my progress throughout the 3 week sets. Another huge factor in our match was that Keri is an early bird like me! I love starting my Tuesdays and Thursdays with my walk to the gym, good conversation, positive motivation, and education. I am not super flexible and Keri has even helped with that incorporating self and assisted stretches at the end of each session!

I trained with Keri for four years. She regularly showed up late, often in excess of 20 minutes for a one hour session, with no communication. Gradually, Keri also became more and more verbally abusive and at one point brought me to tears. This is completely inappropriate for a professional setting. Recently it came to light I am the third client she has lost from similar experiences.

I came to her hoping for support and motivation, but instead left feeling stressed and uncomfortable. There are plenty of trainers who respect their clients’ time and create a positive environment — I recommend choosing someone else.

** Oh please... you screamed at me in the middle of a crowded gym for misreading a sticker on a piece of equipment AFTER you were 25 minutes late to our appointment. And this is after you berated me into tears for consulting a DOCTOR instead of you for a medical condition. But thanks for proving my point.

Keri is a great personal trainer! I had never worked out with a personal trainer before and hadn’t worked out at a gym in over 5 years. Keri put me at ease and has been great to work with. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating! The workouts are always engaging and have helped me to get back into the habit of working out regularly again. Thanks, Keri!

I’ve been in a gym all of my adult life.3x/week Two years ago, I hurt myself and had some medical issues that kept me out of the gym for a year. I was struggling to get back to a routine when I found Kerri. I knew I wanted a female trainer closer to my age who understood some of my struggles. Kerri and I had a lot in common. Over the course of the last year, she’s helped me get back to my three times a week in the gym plus one outside. I also have have not been in the gym early morning since before I had kids, and she has me in a habit of waking up at 7am to be at the gym by 7:30. I’ve switched a lot of body fat out for muscle and I’ve got back to a new normal. Kerri helps me stay consistent, She’s constantly helping me make sure I work hard, but not push myself too hard and hurt myself again. She’s friendly, methodical and dedicated. I could not have made it through this last year and made exercise a habit again without her.

5am workouts are super early, but Keri motivates me to show up and put in the hard work. She has tremendous patience when I can’t quite master a move and pushes me to never give up. I’ve been training with her since December 2022 and have seen great results. I would definitely recommend Keri if you are looking for a trainer.

Keri is really special. She can make a workout feel so fun, while also ensuring that you're getting a challenging experience and focusing on your form. I came to Keri after giving birth to my first baby and needed a boost to get my strength back up. She's done that and so much more - I feel strong and confident with how my body moves, and it makes my daily tasks (like lifting a big baby in a car seat in and out of a car multiple times a day) much easier.

I am in my 8th week of classes with Keri. I was very specific about what I needed and what I could do and what I would have trouble doing. Keri listened. She is very good at giving modifications if needed and keeps it interesting. Not one class has been a repeat of another. We get one hour of a total body workout. Usually working at least two body parts at a time. I love the variety of exercises she comes up with. This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm glad we just happened to be at the same place at the same time....I guess it was meant to be! Thank you Keri for giving me the accountability and motivation I have been needing!

I have been training with Keri since 2011. Her workouts are amazing! They are tailored to fit my body type and goals. Her sessions are always varied and designed for a full body workout. Keri is truly patient, understanding and motivating! I had not worked out in years and realizing I needed to do something was a big step. She pushes me enough to keep me focused and going and keeps me wanting to do better and be better, which flows into other parts of my life! You cannot go wrong taking any class with her or working one on one! She helps with modifications (I need them a lot) so don’t think you have to be “super fit” to start! We all have to start somewhere 💕

I'm so thankful for Keri! I have no will-power when it comes to working out, and I need a trainer to hold me accountable. Keri is always there to make sure I show up and get moving! And she didn't skip a beat when it came time to quarantine. She accommodated my personal training sessions by offering Zoom meetings and she even let me borrow her own personal weights (because we all know they are harder to come by then paper towels at this time). I've been working out for a year with Keri, both personal training and group classes, and I am so happy with her work and my results. I'm not exaggerating when I say that not a single session has been duplicated in this last year. We have done something different every single session . And I LOVE that. It's so boring and never motivating when you do the same thing over and over. She keeps it fun while maintaining professionalism and safety. I can say that she has gained me as a life long client, and it was well earned. Cheers to many more years of burpees and squats 😁

Keri has been my personal trainer since 2011. She is attentive to my needs as I was involved in an auto accident which damaged my neck and back. I have never had the same workout in the time I have been with her. She manages to keep my workouts interesting and challenging.
