Dynamite’s Adult Camp was a game-changer. Extra hours meant fast gains, and the expert coaches know how to push you while keeping it challenging. Serious training, real results.

I can only speak on my experience as an adult starting the sport, but Dynamite truly invests in their adult program! They offer a dedicated beginner class as well as separate tumbling and other adult classes that are more advanced. This weekend was their first adult "camp" and I loved being able to focus on conditioning, flexibility, and other drills in a longer time block to work on my progress. If you go in saying "I want to learn X", they will help you get there! Highly recommend enrolling your child...or yourself!

My daughter is doing gymnastics since she was 4 and just loves it, her coach Chris is the best for her, keep coming the same days same time only to have him as a teacher.
Always easy to call or send an email for any question or change and they are very helpful.

We have had a wonderful experience with Dynamite Gymnastics. Our preschool aged son has been going to Dynamite for the last 8 months or so, and loves it. Although gymnastics isn't always the first sport that comes to mind for young boys, it's great for body awareness, coordination, and flexibility (which will be helpful in any other sport that they may want to participate). The classes at the younger ages are also pretty mixed with boys and girls. If taught properly, it also provides structure for social interactions--taking turns, sitting attentively and approaching tasks with clear intent, etc. Our son is constantly jumping and rolling around the house/playground practicing skills he learned that week and is excited for class every week. We've also had a recent birthday party there and will also do the summer camp soon. Here is a summary of our experiences so far:
1) Facilities and safety--clean, well organized, and most importantly, safely set up. For the preschoolers, the obstacle areas are regularly reconfigured for new challenges. The equipment is also very well maintained. There is also a comfortable waiting area for parents and plenty of clear viewing areas (and screens). This is for the Dynamite main location (there is also the Agility Center and Bolt Parkour next door which is part of the same cluster which also seem fine).
2) Owner/management--Michelle is the owner and is wonderful. She spent time discussing what we were looking for there and then matched us with the right coach which made all of the difference in a successful start (and the best coaches to start with--she was spot on in her advice).
3) Coaches/classes--excellent. Our son started with Ky, who has a lot of experience and an energetic personality that is welcoming to the kids. She provided just the right type of nurturing as well as attention to detail and positive feedback (and social structure discipline--waiting turns, etc.). Our son has started a new time/class with Robert K and he's been wonderful too. Very kind with the kids, is very safety conscious, and notices little details (and demonstrates skills very well). Our son was challenged right away and learned a lot while having fun (while being encouraged with positive feedback as he worked on techniques). We have also seen other coaches come over to help when a child is having trouble with a technique and look out for each other's classes.
4) Culture--we have had many nice interactions with other families, and the children there are so polite and aware (e.g., holding the doors for someone else, not blocking the pictures that a parent of a new child is taking during class, etc.). The culture of both the staff and other families there is one of teamwork (there isn't the toxic feel that some gyms or competitive sports have, yet there is certainly skill and discipline t here--just the right balance of work, safety, and fun).
5) Birthday parties--great experience without having to worry about weather. The parents were able to relax and the children could run around in a safe environment with responsible coaches there (and try out pretty cool equipment). Definitely do the inflatable add-on--that was a hit (huge inflatable animal themed obstacle course/tunnel that the children loved).
Our son's school has coaches who visit and have the kids do different obstacle courses, sports, and physical challenges. More than one coach has asked if our son takes classes in something because he's doing skills well ahead of his age group. A very large part is due to the classes he's taking at Dynamite (we've notice very solid and steady improvement this entire year).
If you're looking for an athletic outlet for your child, then I highly recommend the Dynamite Gymnastics Center and coaches for a safe, fun, and properly challenging gymnastics home.

As an adult who has only been doing gymnastics for less than 2 years I was able to find a place at Dynamite gymnastics center. With their many Adult class options and the caring staff and amazing facility I have been able to become a much better gymnast and even motivate children and adult gymnasts alike (mostly beginners for now) . Proud to be a member of this gym.

Dynamite Gymnastics offers a wonderfully relaxed yet effective environment for young gymnasts. While they definitely get a good workout, it's clear the focus is on fun and engagement, which my non-Olympic-bound child absolutely loves. She's blossoming socially, making friends and happily participating in her group. It's lovely to see her excel in some areas and receive patient, kind support from the coach in others. Plus, it's a fantastic way to burn off all that youthful energy! As a parent, I genuinely enjoy bringing her, and more importantly, she genuinely enjoys going.

Dynamite Gymnastics Center has been a standout for years after trying many other centers. Their focus on proper technique and skill development truly sets them apart. If you’re looking for a place where your child can genuinely excel in gymnastics, this is it. You can feel the care and dedication of a family-run business in everything they do. Highly recommend!

The gym itself is great—clean, modern equipment and a nice setup overall. Unfortunately, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They come across as unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional, which is disappointing for a business that deals with the public, including families and kids. It’s clear they lack the preparation and customer service skills needed to create a welcoming environment. A gym with so much potential deserves a team that matches its quality.

We arrived one min late and her teacher wasn’t present so another woman took the lead but didn’t take the time to familiarize herself with the kids in the class. She was very disorganized. My daughter walked out of the gym crying even though she had been happily attending class for more than a month. When I explained what had happened, the staff were very defensive. Very disappointed. We wont be going back!

My kids love dynamite. This facility offers year round activities and classes. The camps they have during winter, spring and summer are awesome. They have movie nights which are great for date nights. Staff are truly friendly.
Update post pandemic:
I just want to say I love Dynamite. We stuck through the whole pandemic. Once they were ready to come back they went above and beyond to ensure safety guidelines were met. The lobby was redesigned to have an in and out and maintaining distanct between the kids. Up until this day all staff and students wear mask that in it self brings comfort. Temperatures are checked upon arrive which is great. I appreciate all they Dynamite does they are always so accommodating when available to do so. Thank you for caring Dynamite.

Loved this place when it was in person. The virtual classes have been a constant struggle since they started. They work one week and not the next. The folks at the front desk have been great but the situation never gets resolved. When we ask the administrators we get sent the same link over and over again but no apologies for missed classes or refunds. My suggestion is if you feel comfortable sending your kids in person you are fine. If you want to do a virtual class find another group that might be more interested in doing a virtual program. These guys are clearly not interested.

I am an adult gymnast and have a toddler. Dynamite can teach both of us and everyone in between.
*Adult Gymnastics*
The instruction, practice time, physical setup and community at Dynamite is exactly what I need as an adult gymnast.
My skills have improved so much since training at Dynamite. My vaults look stronger and cleaner. I learned a solo back handspring (still need to refine it) and have actually started training uneven bars! I always thought bars would require a minor miracle, but Dynamite has shown me that there is a pathway towards an UB routine.
Gio, the adult class instructor, balances both focus and fun in class. It is with Gio's guidance that I found a pathway to bars skills. He also knows how to take things that may be “intuitive” for younger gymnasts and break down a skill into manageable steps. His approach also means that I can also use open gym to practice.
The open gym team is supportive and encouraging. Joe in particular is confidence inspiring - he keeps things in line so people can have fun safely and he is a gym nerd with an analytical approach to technique. His presence gave me the confidence to push through my fears on the back-handspring.
Improvement and progress do not happen in a vacuum, you need community and dialogue to move forward. The team at Dynamite has created a culture that is constructive, non-judgmental and fun.
*My Toddler*
The Dynamite owners understand movement. They have a gymnastics center, but also the agility/ninja center and a parkour center in the same block. This allowed us to explore what my daughter responded to best.
While I love gymnastics, she loves the agility center. She loves navigating the obstacle courses which change regularly enough to keep her challenged and motivated. She is the type of kid who rearranges furniture at home to get at her targeted goal. At the agility center, she can take that natural spatial problem solving ability and develop it in a healthy and safe way.
I like that there is an open gym at the agility center on Friday night. This gave both me and my husband the chance to explore my daughter's interests with her. The staff was present (mentally switched on) and friendly, available to answer questions during open gym.

My daughter has been a part of the dynamite family for over 5 years. She is now on USGA team level 4. What i love about the attitude at dynamite is tha that it is about the whole child and strengthening them both mentally and physically to be thier best. It is not about winning and pushing kids to do more than is physically safe... as i have seen other gyms. I highly recommend the gym for competitive gymnastics but also classes and fun! thier staff is so centered on caring about kids.

I have been impressed with the coaches at Dynamite. My daughter "S" has been there for years and she's so happy. She enjoys the team building that they do without the pressure. Although she's on USAG team, she cares just as much about her team mate's success as her own. The gym is always clean and it's great they need to remove their shoes and wipe down before going into the gym.

My son Patrick (2 years old) and I have been coming to Dynamite for over a year now. He absolutely loves Ms. Candace and her toddler class. She does a great job creating obstacle courses that properly introduce various body movements to all that attend. She also shows them how to safely use the different apparatuses in the facility, including but not limited to the rings, trampolines, and balance beam. The overall physical development aside, the best quality that Dynamite possesses is its obvious and overwhelming sense of family. Patrick has not only made great friends amongst kids his age, but also the staff. He makes sure to run and say hey to Gio, Brandon, and Granny whenever he sees them. I’m glad we were able to find Dynamite, and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

I came this location referred by my sister assuming it will be a good fit for my daughter with special needs. Our first day, My wife and myself made appointment and visited this location. The instructor took my daughter to the open gym and tested her motor skill. We as a parent were excited to see our daughter running around all over the gym and looking her excitement on her face. In the end, the instructor told us she will inform us the next step. We waited couple days and called back and she was off. Left a call back message.....No response. We made several attempts to reach her....... no response. We had unpleasant experience which lacks professionalism and poor customer service. Hope someone look in to it.

We were waiting after my daughter’s class because they wanted her to do a few more exercises to see if she should be in a different class. Our son was also in a class so the three of us hadn’t left the gym yet. One of the instructors (Jackie) came up to me and said, “Class is over. You need to leave now!” I was so appalled at how rude she was that I was left speechless. I can’t recall the last time someone was so rude to me. All I can say is that I hope she is nicer to the kids than she is to the adults. The whole experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and I have no desire to go back there.

My experience with this facility was absolutely dreadful. First off the actual facility is in a pretty run down manufacturing area. But i will say once you get inside its very tidy. Now the worst part is the management i brought my daughter who was signed up for the three year olds and she was put into a mixture of three year olds and twos. They said they were short and couldn't do anything about it. My problem is they should at least have given a heads up that they were short. This place is not cheap and I don't like the way they handled it. It seems like nobody knows what to do so I will never go back to this facility. I would look somewhere else for you child to start gymnastics.

Horrible experience. Daughter who’s been taking gymnastics for years went to try out a class. Coach was a male which she was slightly apprehensive about. I sat there and watched him make fun of her for not bringing socks to class (no one told us she needed socks-it was her first day of a trial class) saying rudely “YOU DIDNT WEAR SOCKS WITH YOUR SHOES TODAY? It’s 30 degrees and you didn’t wear socks today????” and then proceeded to tell her to “BORROW THEM” twice raising his voice each time while motioning to the socks. Ended up with my daughter crying her eyes out and the coach telling me the class wasn’t a good fit because she wasn’t listening. He denied yelling at her over the socks I guess he didn’t know I was sitting right behind the glass and a sign blocking me from view. Who does that to a child???? We were looking for a new gym to give a lot of money and business to as we were wanting our child to take multiple classes a week and private lessons but this will definitely not be the gym for us. Left a message for a manager no response yet. So disgusted.

We love Dynamite!
My daughter is 4 and has been going to class for about 4 months and is now enrolled in a summer camp. She is having the time of her life while developing confidence. We have never had a rude or bad staff member and every email I have sent has been answered. Most of the staff are on a first name basis with my family since we also receive PT, OT and therapeutic gymnastics with Motion Education.
The parking can be difficult at high volume times but since the space is rented I don't think the gym can do much about it. The waiting room can be crowed and boisterous but I expect that anywhere moms and kids are congregating.
My son is 6 and has been receiving PT and therapeutic gymnastics for about 10 months and OT for 4 months. They take our insurance which is a huge plus since I don't have to do any reimbursement paperwork. If you have ever had to do this you know what a pain it is. My son has made tremendous strides while at Motion Education. We have had many therapists in other states and I have been given the red carpet treatment with Motion Education. We have engaged passionate therapists who are connected to the therapy community and know what resources are available.
I also love that so many of the Motion Education facilitators are men, there are not a lot of men in this field and most of the therapists my son sees are female. I have no complaints about our female therapists but it is nice to see him get to wrestle and get some "guy" time. It is also nice to get therapy and get to see neurotypical children. At some of our other therapists offices I felt very isolated from other mothers and here there is always someone to talk to.
I would recommend them without reservation for anyone looking for PT, OT, or therapeutic gymnastics.

Signed my kid up for a toddler class. Had 4 different teachers over 5 classes and every teacher conducted class differently, which I could tell had a negative effect on the children as the toddlers were looking for consistent instruction. Classes were just ok, as they seemed a little disorganized. In the end we were told we would receive evaluations of our kid's performance and recommendations for the next class. Received an email telling me to check the website for the evaluation and it wasn't there. Emailed 3 times inquiring about it and they never responded to any of my emails. So overall I was unsatisfied with them and my kid will not be returning.
