I have attended Wendy's and Liv's classes, and both are wonderful. I was new to yoga, and a little nervous to dive in. Liv helped introduce me to yoga and taught me to do what my body is comfortable with. Wendy helped challenge me and introduced new breathing techniques to me, which I have learned is very important during yoga and in life. If you are thinking about trying yoga, this place is intimate and not intimidating. It is for everyone =]

EPY is truly welcoming of all levels. The atmosphere is encouraging, accepting, and nurturing. The philosophy has felt to be not about competition or power, but self- awareness, finding and building mental and physical strength, and peace. I also appreciate the sense of community.

I think this place is great, Wendy is very down to earth and her yoga. classes are great for all levels. When I leave there I feel energized and peaceful at the same time! Go..feel the love!
