We recently moved to Baltimore from Dallas and were looking for a Pilates studio. We found Embody Pilates, and it has been the biggest blessing for both me and my kids! My teenage daughter is a dancer, and Embody Pilates has helped her so much with stability and control. My son will be playing D1 lacrosse in the fall, and Embody has helped him greatly with flexibility and core strength. I can’t recommend it enough! It is the most pleasant and perfect studio!!

Embody Pilates & Wellness is truly a gem in Baltimore. I am from NYC and have been to a ton of the Pilates studio in the city and cannot say enough good things about Embody! From the moment you walk in, the space feels calm, welcoming, and supportive. The instructors are not only highly skilled, but they genuinely care about your well-being and progress. I really appreciate how they provide thoughtful corrections and modifications throughout class, so you always feel safe and supported no matter your experience level or physical needs. I have been in class with people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels, and they make the class beneficial, while also challenging, for everyone at any stage.
The small class sizes also make a huge difference—every session feels personalized, almost like semi-private training. The classes and instructors are so creative and have deep knowledge of Pilates and its principles. Each class is different so you never get tired of going there.
There's also a strong focus on the mind-body connection, which sets Embody apart from other studios. It's more than just a workout—it’s a place to feel stronger, more centered, and truly cared for.
Highly recommend to anyone of all ages and experience levels—this is a place to feel stronger, healthier, and more grounded.

I love this Pilates studio. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and creative with a focus on individual needs/modifications within a small group class. The studio is clean and bright with a comfortable yet upbeat setting so you can stay focused on mind body movement. Convenient location with free parking. It is my home away from home.☺️

I LOVE Kristy at Embody Pilates! Each class she teaches is unique so it is always interesting and challenging. She is the sweetest person but somehow gets you to work hard by being extra nice.
The studio is very pleasant- just seven reformers so not too busy. Very attractive and clean and with easy parking.

I have been a pilates student of Jodie's for over 15 years! She is a wonderful teacher and continually challenges us with advanced moves to strengthen and lengthen our bodies. The Embody studio has state of the art equipment which allows smooth transitioning throughout the exercise session. I highly recommend Jodie, the studio, and pilates for everyone!

Embody Pilates is the best pilates studio I've been to in Baltimore. The facilities are clean, the equipment is top of the line and the instructors and clientele are friendly and supportive. I absolutely LOVE this studio and am so glad I found it!! Embody Pilates has changed my life for the better. They offer excellent pilates workouts from highly trained and skilled instructors and the studio has positively impacted my physical and mental health.
The owner, instructors, and the other people taking the class are always so kind and welcoming. Jodie, Kristy, and all the instructors are incredible and have a gift for making workouts challenging and fun, while also catering to the unique needs of everyone in the class. They offer multiple different types of classes - classic reformer, tramp, and weight/sculpt classes.
The studio is gorgeous and the facilities and equipment are excellent. I have done pilates for 10+ years at studios across the country and Embody is the best I have ever been to. I love Embody Pilates and highly recommend it!!

My cousin Jill took me to Laura’s Pilates class. It was my first Pilates class. IT WAS AMAZING. My back and neck have been tight since going ham jet skiing 2 months back. I am rejuvenated. My muscles are relaxed and loose. I would absolutely attend every one of Laura’s classes if I lived in the area. She is so present and gives on point adjustments. I’ve never had a better teacher in an exercise class. Go to Pilates with Laura.

My 13y old daughter takes the teen Pilates classes and loves it. The instructor is very knowledgeable and relates to the teens within the program very well. The atmosphere is awesome and inclusive to everyone. The price point for the lessons are affordable. 5 Stars for sure.

I started coming to pilates classes here a couple months ago on recommendation from my physical therapist. I have a chronic pain issue and have found pilates to be really helpful. The studio is really clean and bright and peaceful, parking is easy, and Jodie is a fantastic instructor. All my life I have hated exercising but I feel like I’ve finally found my “thing.” I would do pilates three times a day every day if I could. Jodie is the perfect combination of encouraging and challenging that you’d want in a trainer, and very willing to adapt the exercises on the fly if you have specific needs (like not doing anything to exacerbate my pain). I haven’t yet been to a single class where I didn’t feel stronger, calmer, and in less pain than I did before class started. The class sizes are also small enough that you get personalized attention when you need it. I’m really glad I found this place!
