Neil is a great trainer with attention to form and has a great balance between pushing you hard enough but not too hard. This small group environment almost makes you feel like you have a personal trainer, and all the other members are fantastic!

Neil and Alex, the owners and trainers, are not only amazing at what they do in the gym, but amazing people as well. I have learned so much from them about person training, injury, form, etc! They truly care about people and not only your physical health, but mental health as well. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and surrounding yourself with Neil and Alex to help guide you to your goals and making working out fun and non judgmental.

I’ve been working out with Neil since 2021. Neil puts a lot of thought into workouts so that they flow from set to set, smartly moving through the muscle groups so that I’m able to get the most out of each session. Throughout the years, he’s always been able to create workouts that keep me engaged while improving my form and strength. The gym is clean, full of equipment, and pleasant to work out in. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great local gym with highly skilled trainers who also own the gym. They focus on a holistic approach to building strength and enhancing well-being in a welcoming and very well-equipped space. I have been using personal trainers in big and small gyms for over 10 years, they are among the very best I have ever worked with. Give them a try for personal training or a community class.

I signed up for the strength and conditioning class on a whim and have had a great experience so far! I find myself working hard but really appreciate the guidance and help learning to do lifts and exercises that I haven't done before. The class is very approachable and friendly, even if you don't know what you're doing! Plus the facility is clean and the people are great!

Neil and Alexandra are amazing trainers!! They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely considerate. I have numerous injuries and Alexandra has been able to work around them with me. She has even spoken to my PT. Both of them keep up with the latest science and studies around strength training which also helps me get the best workout. They love what they do. Thank you both!!
