I am usually not a fan of hot yoga practice but our instructor Lindsey made it an amazing experience. She guided perfectly and allowed me to feel completely grounded after the session. Clean facilities, knowledgeable instructor and great experience.

*Disclaimer: My post is solely based on walking in and customer service. I did not take a class.
I've been wanting to attend a class at this yoga studio for years. However, the class hours often don't align with my schedule. (no big deal) However, my 6-year-old has been wanting to try yoga, so I decided to attempt to sign her up. As I walk toward the door I am greeted by patrons who have just finished a yoga class, which made me feel more optimistic about this studio. However, when I got inside things took a turn. There were a few ladies in line, who appeared to be making a purchase. (no big deal, I can wait my turn). Honestly, it felt more like friends chatting after a class and making a few purchases forgetting that there was a first-time customer in the store. Yet, I noticed that I was never greeted nor told I would be assisted shortly. In fact, the individual behind the counter didn't acknowledge me at all. Red flag #1. I continued to wait and once it was my turn I walked up and the individual once again did not look up to greet me. Red flag #2. She asked me if I was here to check in and I answered no I'm interested in signing my daughter up for a yoga class. We discuss the yoga class and she still has yet to make eye contact with me as her focus appears to be solely on the computer screen. At this point I'm annoyed. I give my information for the yoga class link, knowing at this moment I am not signing my daughter up for a class here. It was not until I asked what they do during the class and how much it costs did she look at me. Needless, to say this made for an uncomfortable, awkward, unprofessional, and unwelcoming experience. Based on my interaction it made me think how my daughter may be treated during her visit. The sole positive takeaway from this encounter was that the studio decor presents well, other than that I would pass. I received more customer service and friendliness from those who were leaving a class than those who worked at the studio. This has been a failed attempt to find a safe and relaxing space. To say the least, I am disappointed, but not shocked. By presenting my concerns, I offer a solution. I suggest your front desk staff take a DEI class as well as a customer service training course. Based on my experience, it appears to be needed.

Love the ability for my daughter to enjoy the kids yoga and craft class while I took a class at the same time. We both had a great time and will be returning.

This is an amazing yoga studio, filled with helpful teachers, friendly people and learning experiences for all levels of yogis. I was intimidated at first but the welcoming atmosphere allowed me to immediately relax. I am so glad there is a place like this in our community. The Vinyasa plus and hot yoga classes have helped me build confidence and take my practice to the next level. I highly recommend giving Evolve a try!

I took my daughter (age 4) to the Kids Yoga and Crafts class today and she LOVED it. She had a lot of fun doing yoga poses, exercising, listening to music and a story, meditating and doing a cool craft. Not only did she really enjoy herself, but I also really think this class is going to help prepare her for starting school in the fall because it helps teach following directions, listening and focusing skills. Highly recommend this class. The teacher was great. Will def be going back! :)

I have a few health issues and decided that I would take 6 private classes with Lauri Bruce. This has been a life changing experience. Lauri has extensive knowledge in many areas of therapeutic methodologies. This was not just about Yoga. She uses different approaches (and they are not hard) to assist you with all kinds of issues. I now have a morning routine that has literally changed the way I feel and approach my day! The most amazing thing is that you see results immediately and feel them very quickly. She has personal experience on what works and what is needed for each individual. This was one of the best things I have done for over all well being! Lauri is flexible, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun to work with! If you choose to do this, I guarantee that your benefits will be significant!!
