Thank you Cat for the wonderful beginner pole class yesterday! Having never danced before, I was scared that the class would be too far along for me to catch up or that they may judge me because I looked like a beached whale most of the time but everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

The coach and the class were very supportive of my first session and I had a blast! Highly recommend!!

The most entitled and rude place I’ve ever interacted with. They lack professionalism and proper phone etiquette and decorum and have the audacity to still be in operation Don’t go here. Seven years in business with only 11 reviews that aren’t convincingly positive or speak to the ability of the owner to maintain a clean and inclusive learning environment. Spare yourself and go to the studio in Frederick. Or book me as a teacher instead lol. But please don’t waste your time or money.

Pros: good workout, fun, instructor and students are helpful and encouraging

Cons: the procedure to sign up for a class is unorganized and inefficient, double booking often occurs resulting in the need to share a pole, instructor will promise you a spot but then forget about you, on my first day one of the students threatened to punch me in the face if I ever tried to use "her" pole, new students receive the same warning

So I was so excited to attend a class . My mother knew I’ve been having issues feeling happy so she went ahead and got me a spot for a class . The class started off great . The class said for beginners but while she’s teaching the class it seemed she only focused on the ladies that had been there or the ones getting it easy . During the class I felt her energy towards me . And didn’t like how she made me feel .but of course I love to see the good in people I ignored it and texted her the next day about attending another class . She forgot she had her “read” receipt on . She read my message and few days later post about other openings . Mind you i have two babies. Plus I have lost 60lbs this passed year and still gaining strength so I know I need way more practice . I felt judged . Only expressing my opinion. Me and my friend attended and she felt the same way .
