Coach Jill is an amazing coach! Our daughter is a high school track athlete in her senior year and we started with Coach Jill in the fall of 2023 prior to the indoor track season. My daughter went from middle of the pack in events as a sophomore to winning her high school regional track events in the 100m and 200m as a junior! We have no doubt that the training program she received from Coach Jill was the catalyst for her significant improvement in performance. I highly recommend Coach Jill who show commitment and dedication to and help you reach your goals.

My son has been training with FAST now for just about 3 months; however, the results are phenomenal and his form is much improved. We live almost 45 mnts away but it is well worth the drive. I strongly believe Jill and her methods helped his speed and performance on the field and for sure made him a better athlete. On top, she's a great person and her communication is perfect.

We love Coach Jill she has been training my boys going on 4 years my oldest son came to her slow as a turtle he’s now running 4.1 and 4.2 and My younger sons are trailing right behind him. Jill is an AMAZING trainer, she can help you meet your goals no matter what your starting point is. I went from not being able to do any pushups, to being able to bang out 30+ on my toes and I shaved almost 3 minutes off my mile run time. She is tough but that’s why you will see results! My experience with Jill was outstanding! I had been working out on my own for years and realized how much I had been missing! Jill tough me not only great workout sets, but gave me a very easy to follow and healthy nutrition list that I have started to use not only for me, but for my entire family. This has really changed they way I eat, period.

Having Jill as my trainer has been a life changing experience with great new knowledge that I will be able to follow on my own as well. I learned a lot about the different types of workouts, vitamins, supplements and healthy habits that my body needs to feel great and strong! I also loved the fact that she created a plan for me based on all the equipment I had at home, so I did not have to go to a gym to complete my workouts.

Towards the end of my training with FAST I broke a toe! Jill guided me and provided me alternative workouts so that I could continue my routine despite my injury. She told me some workaround ways to get the same results as my toe healed.

Lastly, Jill was very flexible as far as setting up the times to meet for our sessions! She made it work around my schedule and all the session were not only beneficial, but fun! She was motivational and very helpful with tips on how to better accommodate workouts and nutrition to my daily routine.

I would highly recommend anybody that is trying to start a workout regimen or simply a healthy life change to reach out to her! She is fantastic!

F.A.S.T. Personal Training has challenged my body and mind like they never have before! My trainer, Jill, works magic. I’m in my mid-40s and active duty mother of two with stressful and erratic work and deployment schedules. I asked Jill if she can help reverse the damage that childbearing and work has done to my body. Specifically, I asked her if she could get me ready for an upcoming beach vacation in only 2.5 months. She responded with a confident, “yes.” During the past 2.5 months, Jill created nutrition and exercise regimens that were specific to my needs and work schedule. We met about twice a week (usually in her private studio) for one-hour sessions, and she would send customized workout plans (using equipment I have at home) for days when we didn’t meet in-person. During this time, I also went on a short deployment to a remote location, so Jill took the time to customize a workout plan that I could follow which did not require any special equipment. Here I am at the end of 2.5 months and I am happy to report that I lost a total of 9 lbs. (from 119 lbs. to 110 lbs.), lost fat and gained muscle, and feel stronger than I ever have before. Every session with Jill has been a unique and new challenge - she is an experienced athlete and knows exactly what to focus on depending on your body type and abilities. I’ve done several years of different workout videos, but did not come close to achieving the results of having Jill as my personal trainer. If you are looking for personal training that will improve your body and mind, I cannot recommend F.A.S.T. Personal Training highly enough!!!

I needed a strength and conditioning coach for my son (15 yrs) who plays soccer. Coach Jill is the “real deal”! She is knowledgeable about the skills that work best for my son. Her sessions are challenging, and my son can expect new drills–which keeps it interesting. My son’s progress is showing up on the soccer field, and he is motivated. When I first met Jill, she was quite intimidating. She asked me to do things with my body that I couldn't even pronounce, yet alone execute. Over time, I learned that Jill is the most firm, patient, focused, nurturing, challenging, motivating person I have met. She takes into account the whole person while still setting expectations. I've been with Jill for 6 years off and on. Although it's been off and on it 's definitely been worth it. I've only ever lost weight when I train with her. She holds not punches and is going to tell you what you don't want to hear but need to hear. She pushes me like no one ever has and I love her for it. As long as you follow the guidance she gives you, you will see results. I couldn't imagine training with anyone other then her. I promise you will not be disappointed!! Thanks Jill!!!

I was looking for significant weight loss results and with FAST Personal Training results is what I received. I've had a personal trainer at my local gym before and I've tried to workout on my own, but the weight I did lose came right back. Through FAST Personal Training, I lost 40lb and I've managed to keep the weight off (no balloon effect after completing my last session and I was still dropping weight). As a single female, I knew that I needed accountability and support to lose the weight---the training from FAST kept me on top of my diet and workouts even with my hectic schedule. I have been working with the founder of FAST Personal Training, Jill, off and on for over 10 years now. My first experience with her was after I gave birth to my first child. Jill was able to get me in better physical shape than when I was in the military. I am now working to get back into shape again and my experience with her has been so wonderful that my daughter works with her, as well, to improve her athletic performance (they've been working with each other for 2 years now). Working with FAST is the best decision you can ever make for achieving your health or performance goals. I highly recommend FAST. You will not regret it.
