About the Club

Our Fink Fitness mission is simple. Bring health & happiness into the lives of many by sharing our experiences in fitness, nutrition & overall wellness. When you become a part of Fink Fitness, Bryan will take the time to explain the hierarchy of the Fink Fitness Fundamentals. Bryan believes that in order to optimize your health, a multifaceted approach is necessary when life long health and happiness is the ultimate goal. Therefore, his approach to health and wellness is rooted in these four Fink Fitness fundamentals, NUTRITION, SLEEP, STRESS MANAGEMENT, and TRAINING. We offer one on one training, group training & classes, athletic training, health & wellness seminars, nutritional coaching, virtual training, custom workout plans & more!

I’ve been going to the group workout classes. Bryan is a fantastic leader. He is motivating, but not too pushy and his workouts are adaptable for all ages, shapes, and fitness levels. I normally hate strength training, but he makes it fun with a circuit style workout and upbeat music. I love going and look forward to it every time. I’ve been telling my friends and family to join too!

Excellent, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer. The TRX class is always varied, emphasizing all the muscle groups and comfortable even for beginners but with plenty of more challenging options for the experienced.

I have been taking Bryan's group fitness classes postpartum and I love them! The TRX and circuit training are challenging but fun and my strength, cardio, and endurance have already improved by so much. It's a really supportive and friendly environment, and Bryan is great at modifying as needed and meeting people where they are skill wise. As a physical therapist myself, Bryan's movement philosophy really aligns with modern principles of healing and longevity and it's clear that he is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does beyond most others in his field. Highly recommend!

Fink Fitness is awesome! Brian is a fantastic coach and even offers fun and challenging group classes. My favorite part is that they have yoga classes with Christina! They have an option to bring your kids one night, which has been wonderful! My boys love coming to Yoga with me!!
