I recently visited this gym, being a member of Fitbody in New York. They were very friendly and welcoming. Any apprehension I had about not knowing anyone was soon gone. By the end of the class, I felt like part of the "family". The workout was strenuous and the instructor Tim was encouraging and challenged me. He, and the owner Wendy, helped me make slight adjustments to get the most out of the workout. The gym is clean and bright. I highly recommend checking this gym out!

Highly highly recommend. This is an awesome gym with an amazing community. The workouts are very well balanced across upper/lower body, core, and metabolic conditioning. The coaches are all wonderful and very knowledgeable in proper form and technique. They pay attention to each person and make sure to (kindly) offer assistance or tips to avoid injury. I’ve learned a ton, built strength, and gained an awesome community and great friends! I’m stronger, healthier and happier because of this place!

Because of an injury and the doctor’s recommendation to avoid high-impact exercises, I recently started going to the studio to try something different for my workouts. I love that the coaches are very professional and understood right away that I was not a beginner. They challenge me while also supporting my personal goals. The group sizes are perfect, allowing the coaches to correct your form and encourage you to improve. I also appreciate that there are body conditioning (more cardio-focused) classes twice a week. The classes, which last 30-45 minutes, are super convenient for a busy schedule. Although I’m relatively new to the community, everyone has been incredibly welcoming and kind!

North Bethesda Fit Body Bootcamp is amazing! I have been going to this gym since 2019 and I love it. The coaches show you that they really care and help you meet your fitness goals. Not only do they focus on the workouts, they also help you with nutrition so you can achieve your goals. The classes are great and there is a good balance between strength training and cardio. I think one of the things that I like the most is the sense of community at the gym. Everyone is very friendly and people are very supportive of each other.

The coaches truly love what they do and they are there to help all the time. I’ve enjoyed my experience. I’ve gained muscle and learned about nutrition and my form. This boot camp is a fat loss program. You may loose weight but don't get too wrapped up in the scale if it increases. Take advantage of the coaches and schedule 1+1 meetings and be transparent about your goals!

For years I was focused on doing my own workouts in the gym as well as running. After having back issues, especially when waking up, my physical therapist informed me that I needed to strengthen my core. A family member referred me to FBBC and it has been life changing! The program is HIIT oriented with a focus on strength building. In addition to hitting the upper body muscles that I was used to working out, I’m now doing squats and dead lifts as well as other lower body strength exercises and core exercises have definitely improved my overall fitness and strengthened my core (hello Abs!).
An unexpected and fantastic benefit is the realization that I just have to show up for class and bring it! Even the occasional days I don’t “feel like it”, just being there is a major Victory.
The workout designs vary so I’m not just doing the same exercises every week (like I would normally do on my own) so my muscles get worked differently. Further, the classes are designed so I can work out daily if I want with recovery built-in because of the rotation of the exercises. The FBBC coaches provide important tips on form during the workouts and I appreciate that the workout designs and demos support more advanced members as well as beginners. There is a wonderful and welcoming sense of community not to mention the value of not being charged per class!
Finally - the FBBC Team provides life coaching sessions for Nutrition and behaviors towards achieving my health and body composition goals. The amazing FBBC Coaches, classes and my fellow members have been an amazing gift to my overall health journey and body composition!

I have been coming to FBBC since July 2023, great place, great work out, the best coaches, place is very clean and neat, we always have all the equipment needed for the workouts. Very happy that I found them. Also can see a lot of improvement in my body and I am way stronger now. Come and try a class, you won’t regret it, u will love it!

I’ve been coming here since 2023. Let me tell you, I WISH there were more locations like this type of gym around other states; 10/10.
I first began getting back into shape after lacking on my fitness after the pandemic. I have seen a huge difference in my health, body and mind.
They work with you on all parts of your body in quick successions with an experienced coach. All the coaches here at super friendly understanding and supportive. Wendy is the best to ask about health, muscle and overall health to meet your fitness goals. You won’t regret this place. Come on in! You’ll be most welcomed by the whole crew! I moved from Virginia to Maryland recently. In Virginia I used to go in a 50 min class last year and I was thinking 30 min are short. But in 50 min class the intervals between switching exercises were longer and approximately 10 min were for warm up and cool down stretching, while here it’s pure 30 min work out and I get done within 15 min...........

The 30 min high intensity workouts are challenging to a capacity that makes you reach your goals but also allows you to enjoy the workout! North Bethesda Fit Body Bootcamp is amazing! I was looking to get in shape and wasn't finding the right fit to develop a routine and improve my health. Now I feel like I've found the perfect fit! Incredibly disappointed with this location. Prior to orientation, staff members tried to pressure me into purchasing a membership without having seen the location. Once at orientation I discovered the orientation leader Thalía didn’t really know much about fitness. I was really unimpressed with the tone she used when explaining the basics of how a gym worked. There were no schedules available in print or online. The format of the classes was unappealing.

This gym is like a second family. The coaches actually know who you are and help keep you accountable and motivated. I hate working out on my own, but with a big group, friends and music, working out doesn’t feel so intimidating. The progress I’ve seen from this gym, along with their cookbooks, monthly check-ins and challenges, is unbelievable. I highly recommend trying out a free class!

Don't let the title "Boot Camp" intimidate you. It It is simply a group of people that are working together with the same goal in mind. That goal is to work together and encourage one another to become healthier. With that in mind, success is obtainable.If you are looking for a program that will work, this is it. There is no "magic" to weight loss or body toning, only self-motivation. Of course,having some sort of guidance with the motivational part is where the amazing Coaches (Wendy, Dominick, Connie) becomes your friends and mentors of such a wonderful program/experience. I would tell anybody of any age to give it try.
It's been the BEST LIFE CHANGE I did for myself for almost a year ago.

Great format for quick but challenging & efficient workouts! 30 minutes high intensity is the perfect addition to my endurance training schedule. You feel welcome the minute you step in and it continues through the sessions. Feeling/seeing results after 5 weeks; I can't wait to see more!

I love this place! Not only do you feel welcome, but you also want to come back!! The classes are small and the coaches are amazing. I do not like gyms and working out - but I love coming here. It takes 30 minutes of my day - it's an intense workout - and everyday is something different so it is not monotonous. It's an amazing place - 30 mins - and it feels great!!

I've never been one to say I love working out, but FBBC makes it something I look forward to, even at 5:20 in the morning! The trainers work to modify workouts if you need it - no questions asked. The high intensity interval workout makes it ideal for me as a working parent. Wendy and Connie are both supportive in our individual journeys, but also for make FBBC feel like a family.

Quick, impactful 30-minute workout that gets your heart rate up and strengthens every muscle in your body...even some you didn't know existed. Every session focuses on a different muscle group to keep your body challenged. Trainers are supportive and motivate you to push yourself, and remind you that you can do anything for 35 seconds!
I am motivated for the first time to get up early, consistently (5x a week) and get this workout in. Two months in, I see definition in my arms and my butt is starting to lift!
