Awful experience with them. Essentially feels like a scam. They gave me 3 weeks to use 10 sessions and there was no leniency for not being available during the holidays. Being a medical student, there are several months in the year that I am extremely busy, yet there was no flexibility around this either. There was also no transparency about their 3 week expiration policy prior to purchasing the sessions.

I called and tried to get information for a friend. Guy who answered was rude and wouldn't give me any information because I wasn't personally going to use the service. Coach Chuck is very personable, friendly and provides an excellent workout. I have been working out with Coach Chuck for about 30 days and am very pleased with the sessions. My Fit2Go trainer is absolutely wonderful - extremely knowledgeable, highly motivating, and able to create individualized, highly effective workouts. My name is Geron I started with Fit2go in January 2019 I was 255 or 253 and my goal weight was 230 and I had a plan like I always do but normally they never work because I never stick to them but this time was different. My trainer Blake was very good at keeping me motivated in the beginning and through out, which was key as it got me through that phase of getting back in shape. But once I started getting compliments on how I look and people (women) started asking me if I was losing weight my confidence shot through the roof. Which was all the motivation I needed to keep going and by July 2019 I hit my goal weight and more importantly how I did it. I hit my weight by toning and dieting (my weakness) which considerably change my body and how I look in my clothes. The app they provide is very helpful I used it to do my daily workouts in between session with my trainer Blake and it kept me going. Even when I had surgery on my foot over the summer my trainer Blake adjusted my workouts so I could continue working out to reach my goal. Other than serving in the Army Fit2go was the BEST physical fitness program I've tried and more importantly it actually worked.

My initial phone conversation with Dani was very engaging and I was provided with all of the information I needed to begin the program. I was set up with Cornelius and within a week I already had my initial goals set and information on how to begin. The app is super user friendly and if you use it properly, you will see progress quickly, which is very motivating. I started with Fit to Go in June of 2018 to lose weight for my wedding in November. Dani came to my home and did a thorough assessment and he made me feel that he truly cared about my health and meeting my goals. It was the most comprehensive personal training assessment I’ve ever experienced. I was assigned to Cornelius as my personal trainer and he is a gem. Fit2Go is a great program for some one struggling with getting started or with a somewhat busy scheduled since they come right to your house. I lost 12lbs in the first month with their program. They have an app so you can track your food and work outs. Personalized work outs created by your trainer can be found there so you can work out any where. I highly recommend this program.

I have benefited tangibly from the discipline and focus of the Fit2Go methods. My trainer, Blake, is very knowledgeable and focused and has helped me shed weight and add muscle. I have large hopes for the second half of our year together and expect continued weight loss, strength, and stress management. This is the best place, not just for personally training, but also for changing to a healthy lifestyle. I work with Dani (the CEO). I’ve had knee and shoulder problems and couldn’t workout much and Dani has helped tremendously in healing my shoulder problems with corrective exercises. He modifies exercises so that I can strengthen my leg muscles to help correct my knee problems. His goal is to teach the proper form so that we can workout on our own. Blake was my trainer and i had a good experience with him. He was patient and took our sessions very seriously and was time efficient. He even stayed longer to help me learn how to massage the knots out of my traps with a tennis ball. I had my first session with Coach Dani this past weekend. I was extremely nervous after not working out in over a year due to terrible neck and back pain. Coach Dani designed a workout which incorporated exercises that specifically focused on strengthening my back, neck and the surrounding areas. He communicated with me constantly about how I felt and if I felt any unnatural pain. I was worried the entire time that the exercises would set my recovery back, but the opposite happened. By the end of the workout my neck and back felt more relaxed and in less pain than I had felt in over a year. In addition to continuing my workouts, I now have home exercises designed by Coach Dani to continue to elevate my pain. Thanks to Coach Dani and Fit2Go I can see a healthy future for myself.

I decided to make 2017 the year of “me”. This started with a commitment to better health by losing weight and becoming more active. As an entrepreneur who travels often, I was tired of feeling sick and tired (due to adrenal fatigue) and praying those airline seatbelts would fasten! I saw one of those boot camp challenge ads on Facebook and sent a message to sign up – never heard back. When I saw the Fit2Go ad I responded to it, thinking it was another “boot camp” concept. Dani promptly responded and wanted to meet at my house; this immediately left a good impression as I’m a stickler for great customer service! After meeting with him, I could see his commitment to fitness was more than losing weight, but improving the lives of others through health, nutrition and wellness. I was hesitant about signing up at first- not because I didn’t believe in the concept but wondered if I had the discipline and self-accountability to work out twice a week!

This last year has been LIFE CHANGING- not just with being in much better shape; but I'm now able to navigate wiser choices when encountering stress and time management. I’ve lost less than 10 pounds, but also gained muscle, lost over 6 inches, less joint pain and no more urges to stress eat :o) I began my PT sessions with Stephanie, which was a phenomenal motivator and encourager, and helped me master meal prep! One of my best moments was when we jogged 1.5 mile on a trail which is HUGE for me; I haven’t jogged since high school LOL I always say Stephanie took me out of my comfort zone, and when Cornelius took over his sessions brought me (though reluctantly at times) to another level! He was instrumental in helping me grasp mind-muscle connection and how to identify and manage stress triggers. Fit 2 Go is more than fitness – but transforms though health, nutrition and wellness. Everyone sees the changes, and I know it wouldn't have happened on my own in a gym!

I have been training with David Mendelson for a few years now. This year we added our teenage athletes into the rotation every week with David and it has been just a wonderful experience for everyone. David is an exceptional trainer: he is conscientious and meticulous about his workout plans for our family; he adjusts to each family member's skill level and goals; he is always a pleasure to work with and has never arrived to a session EVER in any mood other than happy. No time seems too early for David, even 5:00 am.!! Recently, David and I concentrated on both the nutrition and training components of my goals for this year and the results have been significant. I went from 194 lbs to 175 lbs and we are still progressing. Fit2Go has been a godsend. I'm so happy with the results I've achieved so far, and I look forward to continuing the program. The trainer I've worked with, Steph, has been fantastic. She's personable, reliable, knowledgable, and encouraging without being patronizing. And Dani, Fit2Go's head honcho, is always hustling to improve the company (not that there's much room for it).

Before working with Fit2Go, I'd never done much strength training. I played sports in high school and have played tennis at least a couple times per week for the past six years. But I'd recently gained some weight, and after two shoulder surgeries, I wasn't sure how to rebuild strength in my upper body, or if I even could.

With Dani and Steph's help, I've gotten leaner and stronger, but more than that I have a better understanding of the relationship between the input and output of my body, especially the intersection of diet, routine exercise, and the concept of fitness.

Both Dani and Steph practice what they preach, but they aren't preachy about anyone else's practice. Rather, they sincerely want the people with whom they work to feel better and enjoy a commitment to holistic fitness. I'm not sure you could ask for anything more from a personal training enterprise.

I'm a physician who struggled with weight my whole life. I'm your poster child for yo-yo dieting. I gain weight easily and it takes forever to shed off the pounds. I feel hypocritical when I speak about healthy lifestyle changes to my patients, exercise, making the right food choices, the works. I've tried everything with varying degrees of success, except working with a personal trainer.

I'm a physician, so I should know how to do this on my own, right? not really. I gained a lot of weight in residency (think long working hours including countless night shifts, stress, stress-eating and throw having my first child in the mix). I turned 30 and at the end of residency and I figured it's time to try something new and work for something more sustainable which is key.

I looked online, contacted a few personal trainers, got a few quotes, shopped around and met a couple of trainers. I instantly clicked with Dani when he came to my home to go over goals and a plan to achieve these goals. At the time, I was fixated on the weight. Lose 50 lbs was my goal. Of course, I also wanted to have more energy to play around with my daughter. Dani never made it feel like a sales pitch but rather focused on how he can help me get where I want to be.

Dani hooked me up with Anna in the beginning who was amazing to start with focusing on aerobics in circuit training format helping me build endurance and stamina while losing the weight. Also discussed working on dietary changes, small steps at a time.

Anna had to leave to pursue additional education and Dani placed me soon afterwards with Nevin who I spent most of my time with. We rescheduled miss sessions and Dani was straightforward with me every step of the process .

Nevin was great as we continued with the circuit format I liked in addition to focusing on more resistance training in addition to aerobics. He's never late, easy to reach and reschedule with whenever I had a new conflicting commitment (plenty in my line of work, believe me!) . We worked around our schedules meeting as early as 7:30 AM or as late as 8:30 PM for our sessions. He continued to offer nutritional advice and send me reminders on Sunday to do my week's meal prep which has been a significant component of my personal success.

Fast forward 6 months later and I have lost 20 lbs but I feel much better than I've done in years. I still have a long way to go but it's an on-going process. I think the best thing that I came out with from this journey is to continue making smart choices every single day. Fitting working out into my schedule, making the right choices every time I eat a meal and knowing it's ok if I fall off the wagon every once in a while. This is a marathon, not a sprint race. I believe I have the tools for on-going success for years to come. I know it's a cliché but it's an investment in your self, in your health and being a physician, I can tell you there's nothing worth more than that.

I mean I signed up to play in a volleyball league, by choice! I have never done that. I'm the kid who was excused from PE because I had asthma (I did but that wasn't the reason I wanted to miss PE class). Thank you Dani, Anna and Nevin.

Chris is my man! Been working out with him once a week for about 1.5 months now and have dropped 18 pounds. My body is getting to where I want it as far as shape, tightness and flexibility. (I exercise myself 2 other times and I am dieting too). Chris provides different workouts every time in order to target different parts of the body. Fit2Go sounded like it was right up my alley, so I contacted Dani and he got back to me within hours. I decided to sign up for 3 months and was paired up with Chris, who was very helpful. He listened to my goals and created a program that pushed me. I appreciated that he consistently asked me how I felt about my progress as the plan progressed. He's organized, efficient, and flexible. [I originally wrote this review in 2013. It is now 2016 and I am happy to add that I have continued on the path I began when working with Dani. Since then I have added cycling to my 5x/weekly exercise regimen and 2-3x/week I cycle for roughly 2 hours or 30 miles, whichever comes first! From my peak weight of 250 lbs when I met Dani (I am 5'8") I continue to maintain my weight at 175 lbs, and--at the age of 48--to enjoy the benefits of this life changing experience.]

At the beginning of February 2012, I was told respectfully and matter of factly by a Navy recruiter, “Father, you are grossly overweight and I cannot even look at you until you lose 50 lbs.” Given the fact that at that time I was aiming to become a fulltime active duty Catholic chaplain, that news was sobering.

After 2-3 weeks of visiting the gym every day, it was recommended to me that I might benefit from a personal trainer. It was then that I met Dani Singer.

During the first few weeks I had begun to get a bit more acclimated to regular exercise and had seen some modest weight lost (10 lbs after the first two weeks). When I began training sessions with Dani, progress improved both quantitatively and qualitatively. He was clear in his instructions and an excellent motivator.

I was able to lose the 50 lbs in three months; over the course of four months I had lost a total of 60 lbs and by the time I left Maryland in August of 2012 I weighed 175 lbs!

I continue to exercise 5-6 days (30 mins to 1hr) per week with a combination of strength and cardio workouts. I utilize many of the exercises that Dani introduced to me and I credit him with having a significant role to play not only in my weight loss, but in helping to change my outlook to my own health and the need for regular and targeted exercise for long-term fitness. One year later my weight ranges between 170 lbs and 175 lbs. I no longer take medication for hypertension and high cholesterol; I no longer use a c-pap for sleep apnea.

I started my fitness journey 4 months ago and the results I've seen thus far, have been outstanding! Before starting my journey with Chris, I was severely overweight and approaching the point where my health was beginning to be affected. I had my first session with Chris, and I instantly knew, it was the intersection I needed to change my life.

I've always been an active person. In high school,I did track and weight lifting and post high school, I served in the Israeli army, at which point I felt I hit my peak of fitness. After returning to the states it was difficult to get over that I was no longer going to be at the same fitness level as I was when serving.

In September of 2015 I had the privilege to begin working with Dani, who blew me away with his vast knowledge and personal training technique. From the very beginning of our training I felt like I was the only person that he dealt with. He walked me through everything from the nutrition plan that would help me to achieve my goals in and out of the gym.

After 9 months of training with Dani (who I am convinced is the best personal trainer in Baltimore) not only do I feel great; I have exceeded my original goals (such as benching my own body weight) but I am continuing to get into better shape in the most functional ways. Choosing to start the Fit2Go program has changed my life. Before working with my trainer Chris I was depressed all the time. I wasn't confident enough to go to the gym and try to workout in front of other people. I was overweight and hated everything about who I was but Chris and Fit2Go helped me change that. Chris pushed me every session to keep going for more and settle for nothing but my best. He was constantly supporting me and helping to make me stronger. I lost over 20 pounds and went from 23% body fat to 17% and gained more muscle mass then I have ever had in my life. This program has taught me so much and made me so much happier I feel good with who I am when I get up and look at myself in the mirror because I know I am going to do better then I did yesterday. I trained with Chris..he was very professional and communicated very well. He made realistic goals and always asked if I was sticking with my diet. First month - twice a week - I loss 10lbs..second month loss 8lbs more muscle. I can now put on clothes I havent fitted in over 2 years...

I worked with Dani in DC for 6 months. He helped me start by setting realistic goals and understanding what I needed to do in terms of nutrition to allow for my workouts with him and that I did on my own to have the desired effects. Dani helped me stay focused and committed to the program he laid out for me. He also gave me the tools to stay fit on my own and continue weight loss. He's not one of those trainers that hollers at you or uses any negativity to motivate you. I have been been working with Dani for close to a year now.
