Update: I have continued with a full membership and have continued to enjoy each class and feel like I am getting an amazing workout with results that I can see. I also love the on-demand classes which have been great for the cold winter mornings and those snow days!! The positive vibes from all the staff and the other moms is a great way to start my day.
Purchased the Fit4Mom summer pass for teachers and am loving the classes. The morning classes outside are amazing and the group of women is so supportive. The teachers are encouraging and make me love my 5:30 AM workouts. I love Body Boost and feel like I get a great workout through their HIIT structure. Highly recommend.

Between the fun workouts that can accommodate and challenge all fitness levels, the supportive and knowledgable instructors, and the great community of moms, Fit4mom Frederick is an amazing business. They have reasonably priced drop in options and unlimited monthly passes. I love that there are classes geared toward all stages of motherhood and that everyone in the community cares about and supports each other.

I can’t speak highly enough about the Fit4Mom team! One of the best small businesses in FC! I found Fit4Mom on a random FB at a time when I was thinking about ways to relieve the stress and process grief. I’ve tried a variety of workout programs over the years and this is by far the best and most affordable. I opted for the month pass to hold myself accountable to working out more ($99/month vs $25 per class. All of the trainers are amazing and offer a variety of modifications. They genuinely care about those enrolled in their programs. Maybe it’s just the Frederick way, but you can feel the good vibes at every class. I signed up thinking it would be a great way to deal with life but gained much more - a network, a mom tribe, accountability partners, better mental health, and mom night outs!

Fit4Mom Frederick is an amazing community to join if you are looking to connect with other moms! Their coaching staff is knowledgeable and empowering. Each member I have come in contact with is welcoming and relatable! Definitely give them a try if you are wanting to get back into exercising after having your little one, or if you simply want to try something different! Not only can you go workout with your friends, but they also organize fun events :)

For years, I’ve been looking for a fitness program that is affordable, engaging, and I can stick to long term. So when I saw a Fit4Mom free class promo, I gave it a try. It was the best decision for both my physical and mental health. That first class was a really formative experience in my journey toward fitness & wellness and just better balance overall. The workout was challenging (in a good way), the instructor (Katie) gave useful cues and motivation throughout, good music was pumping, and I was immediately welcomed into a friendly/inclusive community of moms. To top it off, we ended the session with stretching and meditation, which I desperately needed/need. I was hooked. Fast forward 7 months and I continue to be engaged and stimulated. The variety of programs (workouts and community hangouts alike), effective & supportive instructors, and being surrounded by amazing fellow moms are the ingredients of the Fit4Mom secret sauce. Community, belonging, support, and variety. I have now completed the Body Well program twice and lost over 10 lbs & many inches, but more importantly I gained: muscle mass & tone, endurance, confidence, improved eating habits, and new mom friends! I also crave workouts/movement now, which is another welcome improvement. Most recently, fueled by seeing the results and the supportive mom community, I mustered the courage to try Fit4Mom’s Run Club. Another amazing leap of faith in myself that paid out tenfold in dividends. I never ran before, but now I can run 4 miles without stopping at a solid pace. This is truly amazing for me and I look forward to see where the Fit4Mom community takes me next. Joining Fit4Mom is the best investment I’ve made in myself in a long time. So grateful for Katie, Andrea, Meaghan, Liz, Katie M., all the other amazing instructors, and of course all the other moms!

I joined Fit4Mom just after moving to Frederick during my postpartum phase. Thanks to their coaches' knowledge of appropriate exercises, I was able to regain my fitness through Stroller Strides, Strides 360, and Boost (HIIT style) workout classes, and even joined the summer Run Club+ to conquer an 8k a few months later... all while making great friends, having positive experiences, getting outside the house, having fun with my older kids and baby, and modeling healthy behavior in front of my kids. I choose my own schedule, working out 1-4x week, and have actually learned a lot about the area through our workout locations, group activities, and village get-togethers. I have my Village now and couldn't be more thankful to F4M for all that's been given to me!

I joined Fit4Mom six years ago to gain a piece of myself back after having my first child. I had no idea that I would gain more than a piece of myself, I would gain confidence, raised self-esteem, strength (not just in body), and a community of amazing women who are going through the various levels of motherhood and are willing to share stories and knowledge. One of the best things I could have ever done for myself was commit to Fit4mom Frederick. Not only am I always getting an awesome workout in from such great instructors, who put so much time into planning the workouts, but I’m also meeting and connecting with so many people and getting to know people on a level more than a workout. Fit4mom Frederick has not only helped me get stronger by strength but also stronger mentally too! I definitely suggest trying out one of the classes. You won’t regret it!

Fit4Mom is a wonderful community of welcoming, friendly, supportive women in all stages of motherhood! I joined Fit4Mom Frederick 6yrs ago when my oldest was 11m old and it was a total game-changer. I went from struggling at home with a baby to having a blast working out with new friends at Stroller Strides!
Because exercises can be adjusted to various fitness levels, I was able to participate right up to the birth of my subsequent kids, and jump right back in again once medically cleared after each was born. This is true for all the classes they offer (prenatal; stroller-friendly; mom-only).
And while fitness was initial draw, it's the community that keeps me. Friendships have been forged, both for me and my kids. This is done during class, as well as thru other activities F4M offers, including playgroups, MNO, field trips, etc.
F4M Frederick is a crucial part of my village.

I can’t say enough good things about Fit4mom Frederick! The stroller stride classes are perfect for this 6 month postpartum mama who has a little buddy with me on my fitness journey. The stroller friendly classes are the best part of my week. I get to take care of myself while connecting with my mini me, all while surrounded by some of the most caring and fun mothers I’ve ever met! It’s not just about the workouts, which are fabulous, it’s the connection and community of mamas who are there cheering you on every step of the way. You won’t regret joining us, I promise you that!

I love my Fit4Mom group in Frederick !
We are such a diverse group of women from various backgrounds, professions, communities, and skill set …and yet … we come together to work out, to share our values, experiences, “me time” and support each other.
I started my journey at the end of summer and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found this inspiration source and learn things about myself.
Funny! I use to think I was coordinated but found out not so much but I have learnt to laugh about it and adjust to it for within this group of women we don’t judge each other, we support one another …. And as Katie and Megan would say …” honor the space that you’re in!”

Fit4mom Frederick is an amazing place for all moms! I always leave class feeling strong and re-energized. The instructors plan thoughtful and fun workouts. There are classes for every stage of motherhood- fit4baby, stroller strides, 360, body boost and (my favorite) the body well program! Fit4mom Frederick provides moms with a sense of community and support. I have made so many wonderful friendships and truly love this village of amazing mamas!

I highly recommend Fit4Mom Frederick! After having to take an unexpected leave from my job this year, I not only wanted to find something that my one year old daughter and I could do together, but also meet other moms and get in a good workout. I decided to take a free class and met some really incredible moms and their kids! I’ve gotten a membership since and have had so much fun in the Stroller Strides and Strides 360 classes. The instructors are a lot of fun and you’ll see them taking classes with you too when they’re not teaching. The classes have also helped us with a routine during the week and getting out of the house this winter. It’s truly been a great community for both myself and my daughter! We always look forward to each class!

As someone who was new to the area and pregnant, I was so excited to find the Fit4Mom Frederick classes. They’re exactly what I need to feel a sense of community and also get in the benefits of exercise while pregnant. I immediately felt welcomed and fell in love with the program. I can’t wait to bring baby to Stroller classes and continue attending other classes as well!
