The best 1st impression I have ever experienced. I meet with them to discuss a urgent need I have to host a training at their location. More than flexible, more than understanding, more than kind. I just might join their location to actually work out. Amazing group of people.

Recently cancelled my membership. Requires a 30 day notification. I'm fine with paying the 1 month fee but the they have a membership enhancement fee of $40.00 which is also charged if you cancel within the period it is charged.

I love this place. The various equipment is numerous. It's space is large and to the point. The monthly cost is very reasonable.

I guess the only thing that could be considered as a drawback is the price for guest. My friends won't come because it is $10 per visit. Maybe something to consider.

I went as a guest first and was charged 10.00 for the visit. I went back the next week and was charged 15.00 for the same visit. Inconsistent pricing, is not good. If your trying to increase local membership, why charge visitors 10 or 15 dollars. Charge 5 dollars and you'll make more money and increase membership. Plus your website does allow joining on line .

I should disclose that my review is for the childcare and only one class, which ultimately influenced my opinion of the business as a whole.
I decided to use the three day pass I got online and give this gym a try since it was convenient to my home. This would be my first time taking my 1 yr old to anyone other than my mom and dad. The gym is nice and open, lots of space and the equipment is new. They have a number of good classes, so I was excited to get back in the gym. I went to the double step class, arrived a little late and I couldn't keep up, everyone in there seemed to have knew the routine, I was just lost and the instructor offered no instructions and didn't offer to help those of us who were struggling. I left the class and looked in on my son, he was standing near the door, clearly ready to go. He wasn't crying so, I continued my workout. Fast forward, it is down to three children left in the classroom, and two staff members. I looked in and there is a little boy swinging my son around trying to take a toy from him. The two staff members, Lanette and Ms. Tina were just sitting there until they saw me walk up and by that time my son was on the ground! I couldn't open the door to get in because the door was locked. I was furious not because the little kid clearly needs lessons in sharing, but because they staff did not intervene. I informed Lanette when I dropped my son off that he does not go to daycare and I was concerned how he would interact with the other children, he did well, it was the other kids who were mean to him. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Neither of the ladies even apologized for their lack of supervision. I do not recommend their childcare for your younger children who can't speak up for themselves.
