Nice gym but doesn't actually offer $10 a month. Didn't appreciate coming out to the gym only to be told they won't honor their own post saying "$9.99 a month plus the first month free"

Children also came up to me and asked me to buy something from them during my free trial workout. I'm surprised they allow that in a gym.

HORRIBLE! I cancelled my membership $69.00 and they till charged for the next month $42.00, a fee that I wasn't even aware of. On top, the staff never informed me I had to pay a month extra!! Until I spoke with the manager when I tried to inform me about the extra fee.

The facility is clean and there is ample equipment so you're not waiting. Overall the front desk staff is pretty friendly and professional so why only 2 stars... The manager is the absolute worst. I was visiting the gym and utilizing FREE TRIAL coupons given to be by staff on my initial visit. The staff member gave my sister and I a few coupons and suggested that I try them at different times of the days and times if possible. Well the manager said, that we had not seen during any of our visits was at the front desk on this particular day and stops my sister questions her en tells her she has exceeded the number of complimentary visits and refused to allow her access to the facility. He even out right Lied and said she'd been there more than the two visits she explained she had. He accused her of being there during a period in which she was out of town. My sister called me while she was still there and told me what was happening as I was on my way to join her for another visit and we had planned to decide what member we wanted to get. I called to speak with manager to see why we were unable to use our Free Passes (after being left on hold forever) he finally came to the phone and told me the same thing he told my sister about us exceeding the number of free visits allowed (which is NOT noted or Stated anywhere). I then asked if there is a limit of 3 visits why were was I given 7 passes (and my sister was given 5) and his response was, So we could pass them out to our family and friends. I explained that was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard and explained that I wasn't an employee or even a member so why would/should I be handling recruitment! I further expressed that considering that my sister and I were l planning to get membership that this incident was an awful experience and a deterrent to which he replied, "Well I guess that's unfortunate and too bad but I'm sorry you won't be allowed to utilize the passes". As a result of incident with the manager my sister, my husband and I decided to NOT JOIN this gym. This POOR MANAGEMENT is going to Ruin this Establishment!

Good vibe. Not too packed in the morning, which is when I go. My only complaint is the website says this facility has a sauna, which unless they are hiding it, I haven't seen. If they do have one & I missed it, I will change to a 5 star rating
