I joined FitZone Personal Training in August 2024 after struggling to get back into working out due to health issues and low energy. I wasn’t in the best place physically or mentally, and I honestly wasn’t sure if I could do it.
My daughter sent me a video of Stacy Wig, and at first I thought she was so amazing that I’d never even hear from her. But to my surprise, Stacy emailed me back right away. She was warm, encouraging, and got me started immediately.
Since then, I’ve lost weight, gained strength, confidence, and energy. I can now keep up with a much younger class during tough workouts—even with modifications, I’m proud of what I can do.
What makes FitZone different is the personal attention and genuine care Stacy provides. She makes you feel supported and motivated every step of the way. I truly think she’s an amazing trainer and person, and I’m so glad I joined.

When I first contacted FitZone Personal Training, I was going through some mental challenges, had low energy, and lacked the drive to work out. I was barely eating one meal a day and felt stuck on the couch with anxiety and depression. I knew I needed help to feel like myself again, so I reached out to Stacy—who I had worked with years ago as my bodybuilding coach.
From the start, Stacy created a plan that wasn’t one-size-fits-all. She really took the time to understand my mood, goals, and meal preferences, and was always available for support. On day one she was ready with a clear plan—it was up to me to commit, and I’m so glad I did.
A few months later, I feel like my best self again. My goal wasn’t weight loss but to rebuild muscle, regain energy, and feel better mentally—and I’ve achieved that. I’ve even joined a local Run Club and am about to run my first official 5k, running faster than I thought possible and building confidence along the way.
What makes FitZone different is the personal attention and genuine care. Unlike generic apps or trainers with cookie-cutter programs, Stacy tailors everything to you and supports you every step of the way. Before I started working with Coach Stacy, I struggled to stay motivated, and no matter how long I spent exercising each day, I never seemed to make progress. Coach Stacy was able to customize a routine for me that I could stick with and actually produced results. I have been able to push myself athletically, and I am in better shape now than I was fifteen years ago. I love working with her. Her small group fitness classes are fantastic too. I've met so many like-minded people. It is worth the drive to take her classes, and the new gym is beautiful.
I did some research and I found Stacy online. I was really impressed by her credentials even before I met her. She has a background as a PT and psychology experience. She’s a former professional athlete and she’s been in the space for over 30 years. She really knows what she is doing. One of the things I really liked about her was the intake process. She asked me really insightful questions about what my goals were and based on that she customized the program for me.
As you work with her, your program changes so that you continue to make progress. Three years later, I’ve maintained a 20 pound weight loss. I have competed in Spartan Deka competitions. I’ve done very well, and I’ve made some great friends. If you don’t know who you’d like to work with, give Stacy a try. She’s amazing.

I’ve been training with Stacy for about 5 months following several back to back orthopedic surgeries and recoveries. I came in feeling intimidated by the thought of working out in a gym setting and re-injuring myself—however, Stacy has been awesome! She is patient, encouraging, fun to work with, and always open to adapting workouts to meet your specific needs. The classes are small and tailored to your goals, so you will not get lost in the crowd if you are someone who needs more instruction to get started. I’ve been extremely happy with the progress I’ve made and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a small group fitness setting.

I’ve been training here and working with a nutrition plan for about 5 months—Stacy is an incredible trainer and coach. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. She makes personalized workouts for every session that push you without ever feeling overwhelming, and she explains the ‘why’ behind everything. What really stands out most to me is her ability to motivate and encourage everyone, as well as explaining proper form and technique so you feel confident in what you’re doing.
I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength, energy, and consistency since training with her, and each session feels purposeful and rewarding. If you’re looking for someone professional, supportive, and results-driven, I couldn’t recommend FitZone more!

Hi my name is Owen and I've been working with coach Stacy for the past 6 months and I can safely say since I've started working with her I have lost over 12 lbs and gained significant strength, before I started working with her I went on a faster cardio binge to lose as much weight as possible to look good on vacation, because I practically starved myself I ruined my hormones and was starving during the whole vacation and my body image was at an all time low because I lose so much weight and most of it was muscle and I ended up keeping a lot of fat, after that vacation I got really sick with bronchitis and was sick for about 3 weeks, the entire time I was sick I just kept eating and eating the worst things (triple cheeseburgers, ice creams, you name it) and by the time I was no longer sick I had gained 15 lbs and had lost pretty much all the muscle I have gained from the past few years ive been working out, I needed a change so I begged my parents to help find me a coach or a trainer or somebody, and my mom found Stacy, she has helped me lost all that weight and gain back all the muscle I have lost in such a short time all while teaching me extremely valuable things about the entire area of life in fitness including helping with my body image and eating issues which i needed desperate help and i can safely say i feel so much better about all of it and I appreciate her so much for that.

Before going to FitZone, I would try and work out at home by myself. Didn’t go so well. Now I look forward to my workouts with coach Stacy and feel very energetic and enthusiastic about a task I used to dread.. She motivates me to lift weights and perform skills, I never thought I was capable of achieving. My workouts are customized to the specific needs that I face as a middle-age woman. ( muscle toning and weight control.) I love the fact FitZone is not like a commercial gym. You don’t wait for equipment, it’s not crowded with people watchers, and Coach Stacy is right there beside me telling me what to do at all times. My workouts are incredibly fun because I never know what to expect. The routines and equipment she uses are very engaging and nothing like what I have ever done in a regular gym. I am NEVER board.
Coach Stacy goes beyond just muscle toning. She helps me with nutrition, fitness advice, and overall holistic well-being.
I highly recommend attending one of the workout sessions. I guarantee you’ll be hooked and coming back for more

I began working with Stacy in my early 30s and came back after the pandemic in my 40s. Her nutrition plan and efficient weight training workouts work fast. As a busy midlife professional, for me it's about doing everything smarter - not working harder. With a minimum amount of time invested, I've been able to slim down and get strong. The FitZone community is fun and the gym is warm and inviting. Yes - it's a gym but it's not stinky - it smells like a spa - LOL. It's a mixed group - guys and gals - getting stronger and having fun along the way.

I was looking for a tailored and structured fitness program. The personalized nutrition plan along with the strength training at FitZone is very effective. My strength and endurance has increased. The workouts are varied, progressively challenging and I always leave feeling invigorated !
