I am injured and provided a doctors note, they will not let me cancel and are saying I am responsible for paying the entire year. RUNz DO NOT WORKOUT AT THIS GYM. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT!!! There is another all women’s gym that has much more to offer that DOES NOT lock you into a contract!!

As a member of Fit Like Me Divas (FLMD) since 2019, I can honestly say this studio—and everyone involved, from the owner and management to the trainers—has been nothing short of amazing.
During COVID, FLMD's daily virtual sessions were a lifeline for me. They weren’t just a way to stay active; they were the reason I came out of that period mentally and physically stronger. I didn’t just survive—I grew into a better version of myself.
What I appreciate most is the variety of trainers, each bringing their own unique style while still delivering the same high level of challenge and encouragement. Their professionalism, knowledge, and support have made every workout worthwhile.

FLMD Fitness is a top-notch group of ladies striving for fitness. They are all at different levels but working hard thanks to their Fitness coach Nevie or Brett. Nevie is the owner and she is an awesome leader and cheerleader. Always providing encouragement and pushin us to give it our all. Really great gym and program! The meal plan alone I feel is worth what you pay for the 6 week challenge. I don’t eat meat or dairy and I find that personal trainers have a difficult time helping you diet wise if you don’t consume meat. It seems like this meal plan was crafted by an expert! The workouts were fun and since it’s a group setting it helps you feel very inspired. My only complaint is that I wish it was closer to my house. The only reason I wasn’t able to continue was the distance. I was literally driving an hour there and back (which I knew before signing up) I just didn’t realize how difficult that would get for me to keep up with. They do offer zoom which helped but it wasn’t the same as going in person of course which I prefer (I’m not much of a virtual person). I would definitely recommend you check them out if you’re on the fence it was definitely worth it! The owner is lovely, very encouraging and helpful. Her as well as the other instructors I met were all wonderful! Would correct your form offer motivational words (even on zoom). If they ever get a location closer to Baltimore I would definitely return.

I started at FLMD after having 2 kids and developing a really painful and annoying knee issue. I was so out of shape and Nevie and her team welcomed me with open arms. I love that it is a women only gym and every class has a mix of women at different fitness levels so you can focus on doing your best. The 6 week program is a wonderful jumpstart to a healthier lifestyle. My knee pain is gone and I’m working out at least 4 times a week. I eat much better and my clothes are fitting better too! Grateful is an understatement. If you are on the fence about joining make that commitment and get fit now, you will NOT regret it!!

FLMD Fitness is the place to be if you are looking for a fitness family that motivates you, keep you focus and hold you accountable for goals you set for your weight lose journey. I am a repeat offender of falling off and having to reboot my journey. The best thing is to get a personal call encouraging me and not judging me on my mishaps during this process to get back in routine and with an open door for conversations. I only have positive things to say about FLMD Fitness! Nevie and her team offer a nice variety of workouts so that classes are never boring. When I was not able to make it to class, it was super convenient to have the option of participating virtually. The support system is incredible. Here you will find women supporting women in achieving physical health through healthy habits. The meal plan provided facilitates long term success in selecting foods that compliment a healthy lifestyle instead of short term restrictive dieting. I have decreased my BMI, lost some inches, and increased my endurance since starting with FLMD last month. I'm looking forward to continuing to reach my goals.

I became acquainted with FLMD through the 6 week challenge. From the start, the team was encouraging, understanding, and very supportive of my fitness goals. The environment was special. Being a women’s gym, there was no judgement of what I looked like… just encouragement to make the best of each work out according to my limits. After just recently having a baby, I was nervous about being able to keep up. But the coaches were knowledgeable and able to give me safe alternatives to any exercise or activity that I didn’t feel comfortable performing. I got the sense that anyone who was there whether teaching as a coach or attending as a participant WANTED to be there. That made the group work outs even better! I can't rave enough about the FLMD Bootcamp! As a busy business owner who's always on the go, fitting in workouts was tough. But this 6-week Bootcamp completely turned my fitness journey around and got me pumped up to continue. In just six weeks, I've lost over 20 pounds, and I feel super fit and full of energy. As many may be able to relate, the Covid pandemic really left me in a funk. For years, I was keeping active whether it be on my own or in group workout sessions, but I came to a point where I really lost motivation and was not eating mindfully. I came across an IG post from FLMD Fitness and was intrigued….BUT, I didn’t take the plunge right away to join. Fast forward 1-2 years and all I can think back and say is “WHAT WAS I WAITING FOR?!?”. It’s almost like I woke up one morning and decided I needed a change in lifestyle when it came to my health and fitness - no more excuses. I contacted FLMD and was immediately greeted by Mama Gray and she got me on the schedule to come in and discuss my goals with Coach Nevie – best choice I’ve taken in many years!
I started with their 6-Week Challenge and loved the results. I developed a consistent workout routine and followed their meal plan to the “T” which has me making better decisions with regards to eating. The way the program is laid out makes it very easy to develop better eating habits. You are provided with recipes, weekly meal plans and grocery lists to help guide you and I have to say everything on those meal plans is actually DELICIOUS! In addition to the mean plan, they share of wealth of information such as a “Getting Started Checklist” which includes tips on eating clean when dining out (we all know eating out can easily sidetrack us so these tips were great) as well as a “Success Manual” which is overflowing with a lot of important information outlining the guidelines for the challenge. It has sections regarding proteins, healthy fats, sugars, water intake, how you can tweak the program to serve your needs and so much more. I actually keep the manual handy as it definitely is a good resource to refer back to even beyond the 6 week challenge. More so then the inches and pounds I’ve lost with the challenge, I’m more happy about the better mental state that I find myself in. I feel great!
The challenge was an awesome way to bring me out of that funk that was weighing me down. I am now a proud member of the FLMD tribe and am motivated every single time I step foot in the studio because there really is a sense of community and supporting one another. 6 weeks ago i started the diet and exercise challenge and ended up learning things about myself and testing my abilities and inner strength i did not know that i had. I have more energy and a slightly better inner calm. Every session was filled with encouragement from the trainer and from the ladies around you. Overall i lost weight and gained confidence while transitioning into someone who will continue to put my health first. This jump start has reset my body and mind. For years I had always been into the fitness journey, doing challenges here and there (weight up/weight down) but I realized I missed something - a push or boost. When I first visited the FLMD Fitness Studio and met Coach Nevie and her front team I felt so inspired and enthused all over again, I knew and instantly felt that missing part about my journey in finding a fitness home. That feeling of being included with others like you who are on a mission with welcoming open arms for a journey you felt lost about once again. It was a great feeling! Accountability and pushing through with other women on the same journey to fitness and a greater lifestyle. FLMD Fitness is a place for not just a physical transformation but also mental, physical and emotional altogether! I felt it in my spirit that this would be a great decision for a challenge.
I started this journey with the 6 week challenge and was able to lose a few inches and drop some pounds (although I didn't hit my target goal, it didn't stop me!). I don't believe any challenge is meant to break you but rather build you up and be hungry for more. I can honestly say that all of the trainers from visiting sessions at various times are great and most importantly encoursge you with help keeping your form on point, which is important and key!
Out of just 6 weeks I've changed the way I think about my day, how and what I eat and even cleared out the entire refrigerator for a new beginning. Some laugh at me now that I carry a lunch bag or mini cooler in my truck and bag of apples with me just about anywhere I go now. The water bottle is a must! Its that serious and that much more of a reward to my body adjusting to a healthier me. I've faced those moments of temptation and believe me I know how hard it is when your favorite chocolate is passed around and all the desserts are out at a family gathering, the cringe but feeling of success when you don't give in to the ego.
I've been finding out alot about myself, my body (feels so much better and my energy level more natural) and ways to eat cleaner with all of the delicious recipes I've had access to when I started (so thankful for this part) as it definitely helps with the discipline and accountability of eating healthier and cleaner with times of day, etc.. I can honestly say that I love working out early mornings at 5am after all those seesions. You can be yourself freely while finding more about and building a greater YOU surrounded by amazing women is what it's all about. Testing our abilities and beyond. I definitely found a place where I know that if I fall and trip up no matter how many times I start over, the FLMD tribe is there to push me to be greater! I am thankful for this journey, and to Coach Nevie for encouraging me to become the best version of ME!

This place is amazing! I have been active my whole life. I am an avid runner, have taken dance classes, taught aerobics, done weight lifting, yoga, and Pilates. I have had trainers, teachers and joined many gyms but have never been a part of a fitness center like FLMD! Nevie has created a space for women that feeds your mental, physical and emotional health!
I started with the 6-week challenge. I had allowed life to get in the way, had stopped working out, could not fit any of my clothes and had very little energy. After joining for just one week, using both the workouts and following the eating plan, I was super sore ( thanks Nevie! Lol) but had more physical and mental energy. In addition the menopause symptoms I had been experiencing dissipated. I stayed the course throughout the six weeks and it was transformational for me. The pain subsided, my personal summers disappeared, and my energy level continued to increase. I am also back into clothes I have not been able to fit into in years! My kids thought they were in an alternate universe. By the time they woke up in the morning, t had made breakfast, cleaned the kitchen and started my work day. They were like, “Whatever you are doing mom, please keep doing it!”
Overall, I find FLMD to be a full service establishment that addresses mental, physical and emotional health and highly recommend this option for anyone looking for a sustainable workout and wellness experience. Thank you Nevie and my FLMD family! Love you guys!

If I can give 0 stars I would. The owner was very nice and sweet the first meeting we talked about my goal and days I can come in etc etc. Then pricing came, she told me a price $200 more than what the regular clients was paying (I know because I have a friend who goes to her and she pays way less, and told me others pay way less as well) . The price was around 699 for just a month and 2 weeks, it was just to much for me when I know I could get cheaper, I turned the offer down AND IMMEDIATELY HER ATTITUDE CHANGED TO BEING RUDE AND SOUR. She was very forceful and money hungry and forced me to paying atleast for a drop in class which was $35, I told my friend this and she said drop ins are $15 (her friend did a drop in once before). I can go on and on about my horrible experience but I will say the drop in class was definitely a great work out. But I will not be supporting a money hungry business like this ever agin. Lastly I told my friend about this she confronted the owner and the owner has been ignoring her ever since! My friend left a detailed voice message saying how she was not right to overcharge me, I later have gotten a text I guess with the “correct” pricing but it’s now too late. I will never support a business like this agin!

Started in Sept and joining was and is a great decision. My body has really changed and I have lost weight. Nevie I must say is amazing. It is one thing to know your job which she does but what makes her stand out is that she truly cares and meets u where you are. She is so respectful. So to me this goes beyond a job for her. I joined FLMD in October, 2021 after seeing an Instagram post and soon realized that this was not an ordinary workout class. The initial 6 week challenge were filled with new and unfamiliar food that I soon began to love. Making the change gradually from unhealthy to healthy eating was a transition that I was ready to make. I even made the dishes for my family and they began to enjoy eating them. Go figure.
Although I was working out elsewhere, I wasn't making any lifestyle changes and continued to receive the same results. None. Nevie gave me the boost I needed to restart my journey.
After the 6 weeks, I became a member. I knew early on that this was a benefit to my health and no matter what it took, I was going to stick with it. I love the early morning classes. Do I have to drag myself out of bed - YES. But once I'm there, I'm happy that I did. The workouts make me feel like I have accomplished something for the day and I can start it and not wonder if I am going to have time at the end of the workday for a workout.
If you need a boost to your workout, this is the place to start. Not only will you change your workout routine, you will also change the way you look at food. Which, for me, is the most important part of this journey. Teresa

As a caregiver for my 91-year-old mother, an adult son with special needs, and a full-time employee, I needed an outlet. In September, I joined FLMD to do something different...put myself first. In contrast to other gyms, classes don't get canceled because the instructor didn't show up. When there are times that I've had a tough day and don't want to go to class, by the end of class I'm always glad I did! In addition to providing modifications to each exercise, the owner/coach, Nevie, encourages you to push yourself without being obnoxious. Since joining FLMD, my endurance has increased. I can walk a flight of stairs and carry a case of water without getting winded. I've progressed from three and five-pound weights to ten and sixteen-pound weights during workouts! Things are shifting and lifting and not just my spirit!

Seriously, one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I legit hated gyms before this. I felt like they were pointless and I didn’t know what I was doing. I’m 5 weeks in with FLMD and I feel like I’ve learned so much. Plus, the results are there, I’m not only lighter in weight but I feel mentally clearer. And even though its hard work I look forward to the classes. I really love the fact its an all Women’s gym; I feel encouraged coming in and seeing some of the same ladies every week pushing it hard just like me and seeing their results as well. The meal plan is great since the food isn’t boring and the trainers really work me to the core. On top of that they are cool, they keep it 100, their positive and personable — I will say that to sum it all up, it’s really a big difference from joining the franchise gyms. I feel like the quality of the training is there.

The best gym I have joined! I love the group classes. I joined three months ago and I have lost over 10 pounds and have started to build muscle. I notice that my clothes fit better and my waist beads have dropped a bit 🙌🏼
The workouts are challenging but you feel so good once you are done.
I couldn’t do sit ups to save my life when I first started but now I can do sit-ups as well as a couple other things I could not do when I first started.
I am excited to keep going.

I have known the owner over 20 years and once worked out with her at a mutual gym. Years later, she became a BOSS and opened her own gym which because of my work schedule I can not attend. When i peep in on their workouts, i hunger to be there. She cares personally about her students and only want the best and as an OG, i recognize and love that about her. One last thing, her on-line apparel is 'Everything"! I recently bought two jogger sets, pink and green from FLMD on-line gear. Wore them both one them to Key West Fla on vacation and left my camera home! But still, I LOOKED FRESH AND YOUNG in those beautiful outfits. Next time i wear them they are going on FACEBOOK!

I can not say enough good things about Nevie and her team! I joined her 6 week challenge on February 24th and let me tell you, she did not disappoint! She provided meal plans, flexible workout times, and any time I had a question she was right there to answer it. She never made me feel like I was bothering her and always encouraged me throughout the 6 weeks. I went to Nevie because I needed the accountability after having a baby in November and was having trouble getting started up again from taking 9 months off. I am telling you if your looking for someone to help guide you and encourage you through the way Nevie and her team are it! I couldn't ask for a more supportive group of women to workout with. From day one I felt welcomed and encouraged. The workouts are challenging and fun. They switch up daily so it's not the same routing from day to day. I am happy to have reached my goals during the challenge. I feel stronger and my clothes fit better.

If you want to burn some calories and work up a sweat, go see Nevie at FLMD. She is an awesome and motivating trainer. The group of ladies in the group are very welcoming and empowering. Whether you are a beginner or not, you will get a quality workout. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I started out by doing the 6 week challenge and I’ve been going to the group workouts ever since.

I was looking for a fitness gym to join because I’m the type of person that needs a workout partner and this place was perfect! I never joined a fitness gym before so I was skeptical but Nevie and her team were great! Very informative, offered any advice requested about fitness and implemented a variety of workouts and styles! They showed much concern about any injuries or difficulties you may have and how to do alternative workouts. FLMD is definitely worth it if you’re looking to transform or maintain your body with constant encouragement from all there!

This place has changed my life! Losing the weight, become stronger, and toning my body was a given with the incredible trainer-led workouts and eating guide. But the confidence, the sisterhood, and support network that came with it are priceless bonuses! I came across an ad on Facebook looking for 40 women in my area to do a six week challenge. Curious I responded and met with Nevie at FLMD. Off the break she had no cut cards. She gave me all the details and what her expectations were. I accepted the challenge and six weeks later I feel like a different person thanks to the whole FLMD family. I have met some awesome people there that all have a different story but are all thriving to reach the same goal. I have lost inches and pounds and have gained some new healthy eating habits. Although I have not reached my goal I know with my FLMD family by my side I will get there. Nevie is a God send to me. I use to say I was allergic to the gym but she was my cure my Benadryl(lol). I dont have enough words to describe how amazing Nevie and the FLMD family is but if anyone is looking for a workout family FLMD is the place to be.

If you want something other than your normal gym routine, FLMD is the place to be. There are other good trainers out there but I love Nevie because she is very personal. She doesn’t just focus on your physical transformation but shows you the importance of a healthy diet and taking care of your emotional and spiritual self. Let me start by saying I have never been to a fitness center that felt like a second home where you are surrounded by family and that is what FLMD is. The love, support and accountability that you receive from not only the owner Nevie Chen but also the other members is something I guarantee you wont find anywhere else. Nevie is beyond committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals through the classes offered, meal planning and most importantly one on one syncs to define a plan tailored to your needs. FLMD (Nevie) is AMAZING! I really needed to make a change in my life so I went and met with her. I have been working out with her since February and have lost 20 lbs BUT have GAINED so much confidence and strength. She knows how to push you and get you motivated. She likes to challenge you and see what you're made of, and when you complete a workout with her you feel GREAT! I came to Nevie (my personal trainer) back in June of 2017 cause I wanted to get my body more toned and showing muscle definition. I see her three (3) times a week for one-on-one personal training technique. When I say this lady (my Drill Sergeant is what I call her) pushes me to do things that I never thought I could do. I have always been into exercising but I’m more focused to getting my body “Neviefied”! Meaning flat abs, more muscle tone in my legs and arms she is the personal trainer who is getting me to where I want to be. She has me eating clean now. I thought I was eating right until she gave me the guidance and meal plans that is right for me. As of today, 2/7/2018 I have lost the body fat in my waist line, thighs and a little of my buttocks (she already know I want to keep my round booty-giggles). I love the great energy that she gives to me and all of her other clients! My goal is to have flat abs (stomach) by the Summer of 2018 and I know Nevie will get me there!
