Mid-way through my personal training session, they changed the rules. I drove to my session and they informed me I had to join the facility in order to pay my $50 a 30 minute training session. Apparently their cut off the top for my session was not enough. I don’t do business with anyone who retrades.
Think they owe me for the gas and time getting there today.

I am very disappointed in my experience at this gym. I went for a few days to see if I wanted to join with a friend and I am so glad I did! I was able to observe rude, arrogant people who stared at me because I was not as fit as they were. No one was friendly. One evening, I brought my son to sit in the waiting area to play his DS while I worked out for a half an hour. One of the instructor's children was there with some friends and they came over to talk to my son. Next thing you know, I am being asked how long I will be there and not to expect the front desk to babysit my child. Only 11 year-olds can go there (because that was the instructor's daughter's age). I was four machines down from my son and could see him from where I was. He did nothing wrong. There was no sign stating children weren't allowed and the woman who came up to me was EXTREMELY SNOTTY and RUDE! For the money, the floors are black and dirty, two pieces of equipment weren't even working right, and the place was poorly lit. Ha! I'll take my money elsewhere. If you are a super fit snob, you will LOVE this place! Otherwise, save your time and your money!!! I'd give FHHF 0 STARS if I could!
