I just completed my 28 day jumpstart with them. I had a great experience in those 28 days each time I went in. I love that they do 30 minutes of intense workouts vs prolonged workouts. Different workouts each day that helps target every muscle. I hope to join full time in due course. Thank you!

Coach Tommy at Frederick Fit Body Boot Camp is absolutely amazing! He cares deeply about his fit family and always checks in with us to see how he can help us. When I want to achieve something specific (weight loss, muscle gains, etc.) he knows exactly what to recommend whether it's a workout routine or nutritional guidance.
I love the vibes here - everyone is kind and supportive. I've seen high schoolers, folks in their 60s and everything in between.
While the investment is significantly more than a traditional gym, it's 1000% worth it. You're not just paying for a membership. You also get 1-on-1 coaching, nutrional guidance, accountability, and an amazing support system! AND you can go as often as you'd like!

I was one of the original members when Frederick FBBC opened back in March of 2020. Coach Tommy’s direction and encouragement along with the family atmosphere kept me coming back in person 3+ times a week for 4-1/2 years! We moved to South Carolina in Sept. 2024, and I’ve continued to work out with the Frederick FBBC virtually! I’ve logged over 900 workout sessions so far, but that doesn’t include all of the nutrition guidance which is equally if not more important to get your desired results! Absolutely love this gym! The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. It is family run and everyone is so friendly, professional, and always willing to help or answer questions. Everyday there is a different class that works different muscle groups, there is no planning a workout on my end and the coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive I felt like a part of the family after one class!! Which makes it a great place for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience! Although I’m moderately active I had no previous gym experience in my adult life Coach Tommy shows modifications for each move to make them easier or harder based on your ability. The exercises are 30 minutes which for a busy mom fits perfectly into my lifestyle and I always feel like I’ve gotten a good workout in afterwards.

I’ve really been enjoying my workouts here. They are only 30 minutes and a comprehensive full body workout. I always feel better after each workout. The coaches are extremely uplifting and motivating. They give you the confidence to level up and keep improving. I highly recommend Frederick Fit Body Boot Camp if you need a nudge to focus on your health and fitness. There is no “gymtimidation” here. My sister and I travelled from England to visit our aunt (part of the FBBC family) & Coach Tommy and the team were kind enough to welcome us and allow us to join the workouts with her for the duration of our time in Maryland! The 30 minute workouts are the best I have ever tried - just the right amount of time for the intensity level & more sustainable to attend regularly in the work week. The style of the classes and atmosphere in there is so motivating as you truly feel like part of a community, that feeling is one-of-a-kind.

This a hidden gem in Frederick. The coaches are skilled in personal training and know how to motivate you to complete the workouts. Yes the workouts are hard but they are meant to challenge your body. I frequently took the modified exercise option but would challenge myself with encouragement from the staff.
