Audrey is AMAZING!!! Her workouts are never the same and do a great job of working your entire body. Any fitness level can complete a workout as Audrey is great with giving modifications and tips for those who are not in peak performance. I love Audrey! I’ve been going to her for years. She has a wide set of knowledge to fit your personal fitness goals. I personally like her HIIT classes and stadium workouts. When I was pregnant she also had some classes that were geared for moms. Audrey adapts everything to accommodate each skill level
