It’s a huge place and good amount of space for training. The trainers are patient and helpful to the students.

Awesome gym. We’re in beginner class Gem and Me. It’s great to see older gymnasts practicing and enjoying themselves. My daughter is 2 but loves the class and can’t WAIT to see Coach Sarah each Saturday. I am excited for her growth and development and watching her progress at Gemnastics!!

I have reached out several times. My child had an injury and a doctors note not to participate indefinitely. I asked for a refund for the next month that had already been deducted from my bank and was told no. Had she been receiving great instruction prior to that we would have returned but she and her friends were given almost no training whatsoever.

Compared to the previous gym, we frequent. GemNastics is next level! It is a great building block, and they have competitive teams. We have been at GemNastics for several months. We can see the improvement in all of the kids. Not just mine.

Did a trial class. I suspect they didn’t realize someone had signed up for one over the weekend and weren’t prepared. The owner (?) did the first part of the lesson and then turned my 3 year old over to a younger woman. The part the owner did was great. She was there showing my child different equipment and moves. When the younger woman took over she did the same circuit and then took my kid over to the large trampoline and foam pit. And then stopped supervising. Instead she was talking to other instructors. My kid kinda joined the parent and toddler class and fortunately that instructor was at the end of the trampoline and caught my child when my kid fell off the end head first. Then the trial was over and nothing. No one came over to say goodbye or talk about next steps. They didn’t even send a follow up email. This might be a great place but how would I know from that experience?

Not a fan of this place. Started my girls here as beginners and they were not taught how to execute ANYTHING. They were just sent to literally run around and the instructor was nice but didn’t know how to instruct an organized lesson. Not to mention the nastiness of the building. Not very well maintained or clean. So if you don’t mind your child hurting themselves or contracting merca, then this place might meet your expectations. 👍🏽

Do not attend for summer camp!

There was little to no gymnastics instruction, my child spent the majority of the time playing games like Simon says and outside doing sidewalk chalk

10-12 kids are left with one instructor who appeared to be a high school student
Kids are not signed in or out properly, anyone could have left with a child a no one would know
Young and obviously beginner gymnasts were allowed on the gymnastics equipment without supervision

I brought all of these concerns to the attention of the owner and received very little communication, and when I asked for a refund I was ignored

Beware of Summer Camp. The owner, Sarah, is there when you drop off your kids but then leaves shortly after. Over a dozen kids are left with one, teenage camp counselor. They do very little, if any, gymnastic activities during camp. Several children were hurt and not properly cared for throughout the day due to lack of supervision on equipment and mats. Finally, they do not monitor who is checking out and leaving with your child.

Horrible experience!! My daughter went to 2 classes here and we were not impressed. The first teacher barely spoke or helped the students and gave no instruction. She had my daughter who was brand new to gymnastics up on high beam and I was so afraid she was going to get hurt. So we switched to another gymnastics place and I asked for a refund for the next month since we didn’t attend any sessions that month and they NEVER refunded me.

We had a great experience at this gym! We've been in classes at three gymnastics gyms in the area over the years and this was the first one that didn't feel super clicky and my daughter really enjoyed her time here.

My daughter has learned more here in a month than in several months at other gyms. Kayla is the real deal. The mommy and me class is a blast and so good for a busy toddler, especially in the winter. Her preschool classes are fun and skills based and she gives just the right combination of structure, fun and encouragement. She is a coach and you can tell as she supports and teaches. I feel so lucky to have a program this good this close to home! It is a great value for the money compared to other area gyms and with it being a brand new gym, I can't wait to see what else they have planned as they grow and gain clients. Gemnastics is a true gem and I can't recommend it enough!

I was looking for a program for my 8 year old daughter that would teach her the foundational principles of gymnastics. This program is the real deal. Having done gymnastics for many years myself, I saw the value of what they teach and am thrilled to have such a great resource in Frederick!

My daughter has been doing cheer tumbling for about 7 years. Kayla has been able to fix bad technique and expand on existing skills. The goals are set and goals are made!! She also knows how to conquer mental blocks. I highly recommend her gym for any and all tumbling needs!!!
