I absolutely love taking classes at Girlfit Workout Studio! The atmosphere is welcoming, empowering, and makes fitness feel fun not like a chore. Sunshine is an amazing Intro to Pole teacher. She’s kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Her teaching style makes beginners feel confident and supported, which really helps us grow and improve each week.

Elixir, who teaches Pole Plus Chair and Lyra, is also a fantastic instructor. She breaks down routines in a way that’s easy to understand, especially for those of us without a dance background. Her energy is always high and her classes are such a great time!

I also love taking Twerk class with Onyxxx. It feels like a fun, high energy gym session. The class can be a little intense, but it's so worth it great for getting in some cardio. Onyxxx has such a relatable attitude that makes you feel at ease and ready to move.

Overall, Girlfit is an amazing place to get strong, feel confident, and have fun while working out. Highly recommend

I love GirlFit! Been a member for almost 3 years. Naughty’s classes have always been well-structured, centered around safety, and sensuality. She takes her time to teach tricks in a stepwise approach. Kat is another favorite instructor. Similarly, Kat always has well-planned classes. Kat has always challenged me to push beyond my self-imposed limits and I love her for that.

Just had my first pole dance class yesterday and it was so fun, a great workout and the staff was super nice. I bought a groupon for the pole dance class but i enjoyed it so much that i started wondering about the membership plans. Paul was very patient in answering all my questions about the classes and membership which i plan to join once my groupon expires.

I’m really trying to give this place a chance. From a private event i was to attend not getting confirmation, trying to call for days on end just to find out more about the classes and the gym before i actually got a chance to speak to someone, to stopping by during their alleged operating hours to see if I could talk to someone in person and look at the space because so had additional questions. It shouldn’t be this hard to give a company money…. Guess I’ll just go a business that sanding have to chase down. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I had a Pole Dance Birthday celebration with “ Dyamond Dynasty” as the instructor and it was the greatest experience ever!!!

I came to the gym for a class and was beyond impressed with the owners and class instructors. I accidentally booked the wrong class online and they were so patient and understanding and worked to get me in the right class. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely get a membership here but for now, I’ll stop by for classes when I’m in the area.

DO NOT EVER Vendor at this place. sophisticated scammer alert. The company hosted an event for small businesses to be a vendor. The flyers were given within a few days. The company didn’t have not ONE traffic come to the event. If you host a vendor event you are saying I can bring in some traffic. This company basically took small businesses money and said F em. The company didn’t even promote or put in the effort. Learn from my mistake Do not sign up as a vendor. The owners were unprepared. They fit every stereotype of a horrible black owned business. I was so nervous about taking a pole class as I have some insecurities but Dymond made us all feel very confident and comfortable. My girls and I loved it so much, we’ve decided to take a class once a month and I’ve decided to offer a separate class once a month for my business as apart of my fitness courses. Oh and my sorority’s co-founder loved the event so much were adding in chair and fitness classes offered by the studio once a month into our monthly events. So I’ll be seeing GirlFit at least 3 times a month lol.

The owners are very unprofessional and don’t seem to care about the time classes begin or specified locations. I wasted 30-40 minutes waiting for my class to begin. Also a lot of behind the scenes gossip from owners to students . I am canceling my membership as well as a few others I knew . I like the location and I hope they do better in the future.

Had the best time of my life at GirlFit Workout Studio. I had a small twerk party for my birthday. Our instructor was so down to earth and fun. Moderately sized studio, with a friendly staff and competitive pricing. Instructors there have trained in the regional pole circuit and typically offer high impact, fast-paced classes. A little bit of a hike to get to from D.C. during weekday evenings because of rush hour, but definitely worth it.

So I was torn between Girlfit and Divas & Doll Studio for pole classes. End result was Girlfit is so much better. I’ve only done level 1 pole classes but even with me taking the same class over and over I feel like I actually learn something new each time I go. The instructors are awesome and very helpful. I went to the other studio and the teacher didn’t even introduce herself took me about 10 min to figure out who the teacher was ... there was no structure. So whenever this furlough is over I’ll definitely be getting my pole membership at GirlFit!!!!!
