Did a drop in today to use rower. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Didn't participate but watched a clas while I was on the erg. Everybody was working hard but seemed to be enjoying it. Will definitely stop by next time I am in town.

I have had the best experience here. The ownership is great. Since the new ownership, they have put in a lot of work into the place with outdoor workout stations, and new equipment. They even have a kid friendly area to keep your kids occupied while you workout. I've been going to this gym for 5 years now and have not been interested going anywhere else. I lost almost 20lbs and 8 percent body fat in my 1st 6 week challenge there. The instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable in making sure you are doing everything correctly for strength and conditioning. Members are friendly and we all encourage one another no matter what level you might be. For the classes, you have options, Metcons and HIIT classes to choose from. Both offer great strength and conditioning. The best part of it for me is that is a pretty tight community and I enjoy challenging myself with others. The other thing I enjoy is that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do, the workouts are all planned out and working out by myself is not as enjoyable as working out with a community.

At the age of 63 I have had a new awakening. My body has rediscovered certain range of motion, flexibility, lifting techniques and endurance. And I love being in harmony with by body again physically and nutritiously. I am grateful for the instruction, knowledge, pacing and atmosphere cultivated by the leadership at GRIND. And I appreciate the friendly comradery of the membership.

This gym helped me get into the best shape of my lift and I lost 30lbs on with their nutrition coaching. The staff are very friendly and well-informed on fitness and overall wellness. The coaches can help with Amy level of CrossFit and also anyone looking for a lighter workout. The gym also has a wonderful community of members most standard gyms donβt have.

Unfortunately the new management leaves a lot to be desired. I havenβt been a member since August 2019 due to pregnancy. I got a random charge in June 2020 for membership (and the charge is $100 more than what they are charging all other members, according to their FB page) and I canβt even get a call back to talk about what is happening. So disappointing.

Small cross training gym with motivated people working out for results. But the new user process isnβt streamlined.
Stopped by this place on two separate days to check out, first was on an evening and second was at noon to find the office empty. One of the gym user suggested me to make an appointment online. On the day of the appointment, arrived on time only to wait for 20 mins without none to greet me. The tour was alright and the receptionist was very helpful. With the first impression decided not to sign up.

First of all this has been one of the most transformative experiences I've had, ever. Perhaps it was just the right timing for me but I signed up on a whim, thinking it was either the dumbest bet I've ever placed or the smartest thing I have ever done for myself. With just 6 days til I weigh out, there is no question it's the best thing I've ever done for myself...and I don't even know if I'll meet, or beat, the challenge of losing 20lbs in 6 weeks. I'm really really close but don't want to jinx it. My main concern was that I started this challenge 3 months post partum, and I was really worried that weight loss would tank my breast milk supply, but I"m so happy to report that was not the case, and I consulted with my ped to make sure I'm delivering calcium and iron to baby while eliminating dairy from my diet. The meal plan has been crucial, as has meal prepping, but I've never once felt hungry and my sweets cravings all but disappeared within the first 48 hours. The workouts were really tough at first but it's crazy how much I look forward to them now. This has been a major investment in 'mom' and the whole family is seeing the return...it really didn't take long to adjust to mom's routine and we all feel great as a result. So much gratitude to the owner Josh and manager Laure for providing this opportunity and keeping me accountable throughout. The coaches are tough but so personable and the facility is clean, efficient and family friendly. If you're in need of a win, get yourself signed up. You can do it.

This is a great gym! I came in with issues, and all the Amazing trainers worked with me. They made me stronger and more confident that I could do the workouts. Even the participants were supportive and cheered you on until you reached your goal. I would recommend this gym to everyone!

I came in for the 6 week challenge. I was the heaviest ever and came in wanting to be fit. I remember crying the 2nd day working out because I couldn't finish and at the end while struggling at times I made it through. I definitely got stronger every workout and the coaches challenged me.Every coach has something different and special to offer. I did not hit my goal but still happy with 14lbs lost and dropped 5% body weight. If I only stuck to the meal plan 100% who knows..If your looking to get out your comfort zone this is the place to Work Sweat and Achieve.

I joined WSA TRANSFORMATION January 27th and goal was to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I truly followed the plan to the tee the best way possible. Exercise was never an issue for me, eating and portion control was, so I took a leap of faith and join workout hesitation due to a great sister friend of mine having achieve much success with the program. I was at 198.5 beginning of January, then 193.2 Lbs when I started with WSA on January 27th. From week one I started seeing results by following the program exactly as outlined. The workouts were intense and very changing but rewarding. Coaches were all very encouraging and always cheerful and pushing to do your best because they know you have it in you. My hat truly goes off to Lauren Delaney because regardless her personal struggles, she was there whenever. Text her she responded promptly and even help with grocery shopping. When I was struggling to get ride of the last 4-5lbs, she gave me tips and wisdom to try something different and see result. All the coaches are very knowledgeable about what it takes to lose weight and develop a healthy lifestyle, so I highly recommend you listen, because they know their stuff. It still comes a point when i was doing all the right things still following the plan n weight not moving. So I almost gave up and just stopped weighting myself. My clothes showed improvements drastically cuz I got a dress pant that couldn't even pass by tights, but now goes all the way up with major gap in waist.However, scale was just stalling. But i still kelp pushing, so when you feel like giving up FO NOT, FIGHT THAT PITIFUL NOISE IN THE BACK AND GIVE IT 200%. BELIEVE YOU WILL conquer and work hard at it. Gotta have DISCIPLINES, CONSISTENCY, AND WILL POWER TO NOT TAKE THAT DRINK, eat that cake or party all night. Anyway I go for final weight In today and your girl is at not 177, not 173.2, BUT AT 168.2LBS. I've lost 25 LBS in 6 weeks. WSa thank you for the support, Lauren Delaney, you are a great coach n accountability partner, always there to answer questions and give great advise, I'm forever grateful and humble by your support along with Matt, Josh Price, Aaron and all the wonderful trainers and coaches. To my WSA family, your truly rock and am honor to have been in all of your presents. To the chick who motivated and inspired me to join, Ge Kimberly, girl, words can't express my gratitude and respect for you on this journey, THANK YOU. People if what you've been doing ain't working for you, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO JOIN WSA, THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR mind and body, Because that's exactly what WSA as done for me. Wife and i joined to get healthy and drop some lbs. WSA helped with the discipline while we got back in shape. Biggest change I've experienced in weight, strength and overall health in 6 weeks ever in my life. Also got my wife into lifting and she loves it. Overall, I was pleased with the gym and my experience with the staff. However, it wasnβt until the challenge was over and it was time for me to get my refund because I had loss the 20 pounds in 6 weeks that I was taken through all of these changes. I have yet to be notified of the status of my refund. This is ridiculous that I have to go through so much to get what is due to me.

I first heard about WSA from my roommate. She started with the six week challenge and I saw the immediate results she was getting. After seeing those results, I decided to give it a shot myself.
I was hesistant at first, because these types of gyms can be very intimidating initially, but to my surprise, everyone in the gym was extremely welcoming. The coaches make themselves available to answer any questions you may have. The workouts are challenging but extremely rewarding. The six week challenge puts you on a path to change your lifestyle for the long run. I am very satisfied with my results and I would highly recommend WSA to ANYONE who wants to make the change to their overall health & wellness.

What can i say?!! Iβve done the gym thing over the years and always fell REALLY short. I always compare OUT! And loose confidence and encouragement. Here thatβs not the case. EVERYONE is so encouraging and motivating to each other. I love the class atmosphere!
I did The 6 week challenge and lost 5lbs and 2% body fat, didnβt meet the 5% goal but itβs progress not perfection!

WORK SWEAT ACHIEVE ~ ~ that is exactly what we do at WSA. I came here because of their trainer, Aaron, and stay here because of the people I have met, the trainers that conduct the classes, and the owner Josh. Now don't get me wrong, the classes are hard and your going to want to quit but you don't because of the results you will start seeing from all the hard work you put in. I'm down 10 lbs, my clothes fit me different, I feel good and I try to make a goal of going four days a week. Doesn't always work that way and that's ok, at the end of the day I wouldn't want to be any place else. Hope to see you at WSA.

Watched a guy doing squats with too much weight fold in half. The instructor was watching but nowhere near to spot him. Good way to get a spinal injury.

Having two little boys at home and feeling as though I was inadequate at playing with them without being out of breath or simply not having the energy was a huge motivator as to why I signed up for the 6-week challenge at WSA Towson. I observed a handful of friends have remarkable results and I had to get it. I've never done CrossFit, a fitness challenge or participated in a fitness class setting. Fortunately WSA was incredibly welcoming, very easy to get assimilated, had very approachable coaches, and never did I feel "subpar" because of my relative lack of strength or ability to other athletes. All-in-all what a great experience with even better results!

I signed up for the 6 week challenge uncertain about what I had just done. This place was awesome!!! The coaches where there every step of the way. They made sure that your form was right and challenged you to challenge yourself. The other members were so encouraging and motivating. Crossfire at WSA is definitely the way to go!!!

The coaches were super knowledgeable. I'm clueless so they really stuck near me to make sure I had excellent form in everything I did. My hubs was nervous I'd injure myself but I never did!
I did 1000 things I've never done before. It is so fun to be challenged and to leave drenched in sweat every single time.
Nobody is screaming at you. I had this preconceived notion that the coaches would be yelling at me to hurry up. Or worse that I'd be the last at everything and I'd hold everyone up as I did every last push-up. Nobody was standing around watching me be slow! Everything is done in cycles so you're doing your own thing.
They were really great at modifying. I am TERRIFIED of box jumps. I have visions of falling face first onto the wooden box and chipping all my teeth or crushing my cheek bone or something. So coaches let me jump on stacked weights. One day I was having very localized pain in my abdomen so Josh altered the workout so I could still be successful. They don't want you to die!
All of the other gym goers were kind and helpful. No mean girls! Or guys.
The schedule was perfect for our family. I went to the 6:30am class as much as I could and it worked really great for me to get it in before our day began.
In the six week challenge I lost 15 lbs, 3.5%body weight and six inches!

I came here with my wife for the 6 week challange. The staff are personable and want you to succeed. The gym has the room and equipment you need to be successful. This isn't a box with with all the extra machines that look fancy but accomplish nothing. Over the 6 weeks I lost a little over 14lbs. With a dedicated approach to the meal plan and the workouts you can make your goals.
