I recently scheduled a session with Noah and was really impressed with his approach. He was very thorough in explaining each exercise, making sure I understood the proper form and purpose behind it. I enjoyed my experience at Gulp Fitness with my trainer Noah. He developed a workout plan that was tailored to my fitness goals. During my time there I was able to gain strength and flexibility through a progression of exercises and stretching. Noah is calm and no pressure throughout workouts. Cost is reasonable and there is a volume discount for more sessions within a given month. If you are looking for a yelling and screaming kind of bootcamp experience, my experiene with Noah is the opposite. Do come with some ideas about your goals and want to achieve, and Noah will tailor his ideas and workouts to those goals.

As a Ironman Triathlete, & marathon runner, strength training is a MUST to prevent injury & improve performance. Def made a lot of progress in a few months.

Dude does his research and reaches out to colleagues for advice that is tailored to ones needs. He did that for me when trying to help me with my deadlift form, to account for how tall I am, and was open to letting me try movements I was interested in.

He recorded most of everything and played it back for me to help me get my form right.

Very affordable for what he offers, I find it to be a great value, and would still be going if I wasn't about to move. He does offer virtual coaching if that's your thing.

My only dislike of his program is that he was so set on keeping me from getting too fatigued or hurt that we didn't push too many exercises to failure, even though I was willing to take that far. I feel like I might have progressed even further if he actually pushed me to my absolute limits.

Other than that, very cool kid, ambitious, good conversationalist, had a lot of banter, keeps in touch to share useful info from time to time, and appropriately communicative when scheduled times need to change. Not once did I dread heading in to work with him, even after long hours at my own job.
