Boxing Fitness and Training studio in Berlin, MD
Start training with us at Hard Work 365 Boxing Fitness, Berlin's boxing and fitness studio. Our expert instructor guide you through personalized one-on-one training, group sessions, and youth programs, empowering you to achieve your fitness goals.
Whether you are a beginner with no experience or an athlete looking for strength and conditioning training, we have the right workout for you.
We offer group and private one-on-one sessions:
- Boxing fitness Boxing Class: $85 a month

🕖 Wednesday 7pm
Muay Thai Class: $95 a month
🕠 Wednesday 5:30am
🕗 Saturday 8am

If you have thought about taking boxing lessons or are on the fence about doing it - go see Coach Ricky. Is ok if you don’t anything about boxing. He will teach you everything - punching, combo’s, footwork, defensive to offensive moves etc. The Coach knows all these things and is willing to pass it on to you. Worth every penny. Do it!

I’m a beginner and only started a few weeks ago, yet totally hooked. Coach Ricky is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, patient and genuinely cares about your progress. I’ve loved one-on-one training and attending Saturday classes. We focus on technique and conditioning, where it’s apparent Coach Ricky takes the time to strategically plan each workout. Yet, he adapted for me when I was struggling with a move. After each workout, I feel stronger and more confident! Coach Ricky really is the best.

I've been working with Coach Ricky for over two years. Despite dealing with long-term hip/back pain, the Coach is very accommodating and helps me modify the exercises so that I can still participate without aggravating my condition. The class is high-energy and physically challenging but also mentally rejuvenating. I highly recommend this boxing fitness class to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout, regardless of their fitness level or existing injuries.

Fundamentals are key and coach Ricky knows that. Coach Ricky is tough but understanding and will be there for you when you need him to be. I couldn't be happier to find a boxing coach again. That makes it fun but makes you work for it. I like to think that I'm in pretty good shape seeing as I lift and run during the week, but he kicks my butt every time I walk into his gym. If you've ever thought about trying out boxing fitness, definitely call coach Ricky. You'll be happy you did.

Awesome boxing fitness studio with the best boxing fitness coach! Ricky is a professional and committed coach that makes sure you are learning all the boxing techniques while doing a great workout.
I started training with him twice a week at the beginning of the year, when I got diagnosed with cancer stage 4. I firmly believe it was a great part of my recovery during and after chemotherapy. If you are doubting if you can do boxing fitness, I can tell you anyone can do it. All you need is a good coach and commitment, regardless of your experience.
