My daughter was able to attend the little kickers summer camp this year and had the absolute best time! She learned something new everyday and the coaches were so accommodating for her as she was one of the youngest kids in camp.

This is specifically for Battle Ground Soccer. The facilities themselves are nice, although the viewing area is pretty terrible. Hard to see the entire field, plus you can't really cheer or yell and have the players hear you (plexiglass barrier). The field does get really warm for the players, though.

As parents of a kid who just wanted to play soccer (not part of a travel or club team) we came here when our rec season ended. Just looking for another chance to play soccer. We are absolutely not impressed with how things are run here. There is no attempt to balance skill level. You have teams that are clearly elite level and have played together competing against a team of kids with brand new players. That kind of mismatch makes it no fun for anyone.

We also aren't a fan of how big the age spread is. The teams are 10U (ten and under) or 13U. Which means you have fifth graders playing against eighth graders. Once again, huge mismatch in size and skill level.

Basically, if your kid is already on a good team that wants some extra playing time, BattleGround is great. If your kid is signing up by himself, he'll probably end up on a team that gets crushed every single week. I've talked to others and this is not an unusual experience. We'll be passing on playing here again.

Updated to add that the coach was wonderful and the refs were the best we've seen around here. We very much appreciated them!

Be very careful before signing your child up for battleground soccer. Most of the teams are club teams. Kids who sign up who aren't joining with their team will be put on a spill over team that will get destroyed in every game. Its been an extremely discouraging and painful experience for my son. Towards the end of the season they did make an attempt to fix the issue, but I would definitely check if this is still the way they're doing things before signing up. There are much better soccer programs out there for non-club level kids.

We love Harford sports! My son Brayden has been doing baseball camps/clinics there for years! They have really helped develop his skills and have contributed greatly to the great ball player he is today. The one thing that really stood out to me about this place…. When I had my son signed up for a week of summer camp, he became sick and missed most of the week of camp. There was another week of camp later in the summer and Danny was happy to let him attend that one! Harford sports is family and we love it and highly recommend!

My son completed the summer soccer camp held at Harford Sports Performance Center. As always, he really enjoyed it! The camp offers great coaches, and he had a lot of fun playing soccer with friends. It is also super beneficial that the camp is held inside so high heat, humidity, and rain are NOT an issue!

3 and 6 attend indoor soccer classes. The coaches are phenomenal. Classes are tailored specifically to each age group. Coaches direct imaginative games to learn/practice skills. Older kids will scrimmage. Flexible make-up classes. Highly recommended!

Just completed another great indoor season at Harford Sports Performance Center!

This was our family’s third indoor (Battleground) season for four of our boys and we are set to go again for this upcoming Spring season.

Whether you're a seasoned player looking for extra touches or a beginner eager to learn, highly recommend checking them out!

We are just finishing our first season with Battlegrounds Soccer through Harford Sports. Danny and his team have been nothing short of amazing! We had a few missteps on our end with registration. Danny has been patient and helpful through the whole process. He is supportive of the coaches and encouraging to our players. Very hands on. Above and beyond with customer service. HD Elite lacrosse club hosted a charity lacrosse game here on Saturday 1/27/24! The owner Danny was extremely helpful during the process, gracious enough to donate the field to us! Highly recommend this facility for baseball training! My son has been participating in there PDP classes for baseball and getting training here from the staff since he was 5 years old. He is well advanced for baseball and it all comes back to working with the staff/instructors at Harford Sports Performance center for the last 3 plus years! We did a birthday party here for my son last year and had the best time!

Love this place but has much room for updating and lighting could be improved. The staff is accommodating and friendly! My son and I frequently use the cages and pitching tunnels. **In response to owner's question, I think lighting could be upgraded to brighter LED's maybe? Sometimes it gets rather dim in the cages where new lighting could make all the difference! Just went here with my 3 year old daughter for a birthday party. It was an awesome time, she had so much fun! She was a little lost at first but the wonderful employees there took her under their wing and showed her how to participate and she was running and playing soccer with the other kids in no time. The facilities are awesome, I was very impressed by how much they have in a limited space.

Love this place! Both of my girls have been to their softball, lacrosse and soccer camps this summer. The price is reasonable and the hours are prefect for a sports camp. Danny is great he will work with you and help out with any questions or concerns.
