I’ve been training with Vanessa at my home for about a year, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is consistently punctual, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and physical conditioning. She tailors every workout to my age, physical condition, and specific needs, including recovery from a recent ACL surgery and ongoing sciatica nerve pain.

Her sessions have helped me regain mobility I thought I’d lost, I can crouch again despite my bad knee, and she’s helped me build significant strength in my hips and legs, which has greatly reduced the risk of reinjury. She also spends time at the end of each session stretching me for about 30 minutes and using the Theragun on sore areas, which makes a big difference in my recovery.

Beyond her technical expertise, she has a wonderful demeanor, always encouraging, positive, and attentive. She also shares valuable insights about nutrition and stress management that complement the physical training perfectly.
Thanks to her guidance and support, I feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident in my body. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring trainer who truly personalizes the experience.

I had the pleasure of traveling to meet Vanessa Djinis in their new retreat teaching those that truly enjoy her skills in Middletown MD. It was amazing. From the greeting to the snacks to the stretch training sessions we did for 2 days. I was not able to do all as good as they could be was proud that i got through it all without getting stuck..... too funny. She is very skilled with lots of patience to keep you engaged. Cannot wait to engage in more activities and services. For those of you that have not yet tried her sessions or programs I DO ENCOURAGE you.... stayed tuned for more of my success with her direction. Vanessa Djinis is an absolutely fantastic personal trainer. I started working with her four months ago, and I’ve already seen tremendous progress towards my goals for weight, strength, posture, mobility, and overall health. Vanessa has deep expertise as a trainer, and she always finds ways to tailor exercises to my capabilities and needs. I appreciate how she paces her sessions to give me a good workout, but not one that’s overwhelming. She’s been incredibly helpful with my nutritional planning as well. In addition, Vanessa finds just the right balance of keeping me focused and accountable, while she’s always fun and a pleasure to work with. In a larger sense, I appreciate Vanessa’s level of deep commitment and passion to help me reach my goals. After a year of losing fitness and strength due to back and knee issues, I discovered HealU Fitness and it’s wonderful trainer Vanessa Djinis. After working with Vanessa for two months, I now feel that I am on the road to recovery. She put me on a unique program involving gradually harder exercises, stretching and muscle relaxation. Whenever I faltered, she encourage me to continue. I now feel much better, have more stamina and can walk further without the knee pain that plagued me prior to starting the program.
