Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up or get help incorporating healthy habits, we have the coaching team to help you reach your individual goals! We offer group classes, personal training, nutrition & accountability coaching.

I recently completed a 3-month virtual hormone balance and nutrition coaching program with Sue Reincke, and she is truly phenomenal. Sue is incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She helped me focus on the areas I needed to improve and guided me in building sustainable habits to be overall healthier.

One of the biggest changes is that I now eat more vegetables than ever—and it genuinely feels good! I also feel like I’ve gained so many tools and habits that will help me continue working toward being my healthiest self.

Being a member of Heirloom Athletics has been the best thing I have done for myself. It is not a “gym” but a community of passionate caring supportive people who all truly want you to become your best self. I recently participated in a group Nutrition Challenge and would wholeheartedly recommend checking out their Nutrition coaching. The Challenge was a group program, but the tools and coaching are the foundation of the philosophy behind the individual coaching. Focusing on being consistent and accountable with the basics of adequate sleep, daily movement, preparing healthy food for the week, managing stress, and drinking lots of water contributed to me feeling the best I have felt in years. I have been associated with Heirloom Athletics for many years now. I recently participated in a 28 day nutrition challenge which was the best money I've spend in a very long time. It opened my eyes to not only the benefits of proper nutrition but also to the other key factors of leading a healthy life style, being active for a minimum of 30 minutes a day every day, proper sleep, and stress management. I'm so happy I joined the challenge and plan to continue this life style moving forward. I feel great, lost some weight, and love the variety of foods I have thrown into my diet. I have belonged to many gyms and this is by far THE BEST!! First of all all the coaches are amazing and everyone is so welcoming. Every workout can be scaled to what YOU want to accept and achieve. If you don’t like group workouts you can do personal training but I think it’s much more fun with a group! Need help with nutrition? They do that too! The 28 day Challenge has been very rewarding has really helped me get myself back on track to wellness after a bad year. Give Heirloom a try! You will not be sorry!!

Yesterday one of the exercises was toe to bar (beyond my current ability). I chose to do active double knee raises. Casey was watching me and noted that I was moving too much, which was hindering my goal and suggested I slow down. I did and was able to execute the move better while working the intended muscles. Though I like to think I have always been into staying fit and being healthy, truthfully, it’s been a little uneven throughout my 60 years—there’ve probably been as many valleys as peaks. But the last six months at Heirloom have been life-changing. I have never looked forward to working out like I do now. In the past, it’s always been about how good the workout will make me feel afterwards. Now, I race to workouts at Heirloom because the members are unfailingly welcoming, the coaches are friendly, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable, and the workouts are fun, fulfilling, and as hard as is appropriate for you. I have been a member of Heirloom since it opened. It is the best part of my day. The coaching is top notch and geared to individual ability and goals. Just as important, the heirloom community of athletes of all ages/shapes/abilities is welcoming and engaging and genuinely fun to be with. A workout at Heirloom is as much social occasion as it is exercise, though it is certainly that. My wife, previously averse to “sweating”, joined and decreased her resting HR by 20 points in 3 months.

Heirloom Athetics has always been community minded, working diligently to foster community health. They have recently embarked on a nutritional program and I have been participating in a one month Nutrition Challenge. As a “Senior” athlete, I have tried to control my weight recognizing that the 30 or so extra pounds have affected my endurance, energy, and general well-being. This program has been both eye-opening and life changing: it is teaching us how to plan meals and eat to fulfill our body’s needs, control impulses, optimize sleep, reduce stress, and incorporate daily activity. We have found it to be a very foundational and sustainable program to meet one’s healthy nutritional goals. And it is much cheaper and healthier than Ozempic! And doesn’t require a prescription.

I have been a pretty active person my whole life. But I was never consistent with going to the gym the way I wanted. I didn’t know how to use machines or I was embarrassed to lift weights. But all that changed when I started at Heirloom Athletics! Coach led work outs that show you each move and modifications if needed and warm ups to get you ready for it.
Heirloom has been so much more than a place I go to work out. Heirloom has given me strength, confidence, community and a group of individuals that really lift you up when you’re down!
The coaches are so knowledgeable of the different needs for each athlete and with you every step of the way.

I started Heirloom in June just to drop a few pounds. I’ve not only lost weight, Ive gained an amazing community! CrossFit was new to me and quite honestly a little intimidating, but the first day I walked in, Karah made me feel so welcomed and Lynny offered to be my partner. Lynne has been looking out for me ever since. My schedule is pretty busy however, CrossFit has become my “self care” so I make sure to pencil it in my calendar! The BEST cross fit gym around! Welcoming supportive atmosphere with top notch coaches who will challenge you yet work with you wherever you are on your fitness journey. Additional coaching available such as nutrition and strength training. I can personally attest to the nutrition coaching. Melissa provides a personal approach to nutrition and works with you and what you want to accomplish. Heirloom has been a place I have been lucky to call home for almost two years now! As an Heirloom member not only have I been coached by an extremely knowledgeable group of coaches, but we have the opportunity to participate in other ways to get involved with the gym as well! There’s barbell club with Chris where you’re really able to work on your form and technique in certain lifts as well as get so much stronger along the way! This was a great class to become more comfortable with squatting, bench pressing, dead lifting (I think I may be missing a few others). It was fun to keep track of weights on week 1 vs. the last week to see how much we all improved! There are Running Classes coached by Sean. This is an amazing program where everyone is able to work specifically at their own pace. No one is singled out and everyone is able to push as hard as they want to. Sean creates the running workouts with different distances, intervals, and challenges. He really makes it fun and comfortable for all, even if just starting out! There is also Barre with Coach Angie! (That’s next on my list to try, I have heard SO many great things). Different months of the year we have monthly challenges (they usually only take about 5 minutes to complete & there’s no pressure to complete it, sometimes there are incentives). Most recently, for March Madness we had Midline Madness. Coach Karah created a bracket of movements to target strengthening core muscles. To complete the challenge it took four minutes and it was different every day. We even had a paper to write down the movements we chose, it was so fun! Aside from all the opportunities we get for movement, we also enjoy being social and continuing to get to know each other aside from just chatting about the workout of the day. From movie nights to happy hours on Friday after the 4:30 class, you will find a great group of people coming and going all day from the Barn.

The best gym in town. The Coaches are the best, caring and dedicated team. Each WOD (workout of the day) can be adjusted and scaled to fit each person level and feeling that particular day the Coaches will guide you to choose the best option that will fit you to get an amazing sweat injury free. Each class is Coach lead group class like a personal trainer right there the Coach guide you thru a warm up and the workout movements. Horrible place & disrespectful staff with absolutely NO consideration for residents of the local community in the surrounding area. The source of constant noise ordinance violations nearly every day from 5 am to 10 am, with zero respect for the neighboring apartment buildings and those living there despite numerous complaints. Dropped in for open gym while visiting Eastern Shore on vacation. Location is convenient, about 2 minutes off of Rte 50. Gym was clean, spacious, and well equipped with standard CrossFit box equipment and showers. Owner was professional and friendly. Would stop by again when visiting the MD Eastern Shore.
