I already reviewed with a five star review for how wonderful the hotworx at the frederick bottling plant is and in large part due to Lisa, but I have to say it again because I couldn't get the app to work and I knew it wasn't their fault but something stupid I was missing and Lisa was so helpful and kind because, yes, it was something I missed. Something, Lew, my husband even said it might be, but I was like, no, it couldn't be that. It was that. ...Lisa figured it all out. Don't tell Lew. 😉

I love hotworx. I am new to it, but find it easy to catch on with the video's. I love sweating it all out. Lisa is such a beautiful person. She lights up the entire experience. I highly recommend the Frederick MD. Bottling Plant building Hotworx.

My husband and I love Hotworx! Im 5 months PP so finding the time and energy to workout isn't always easy but joining Hotworx has allowed us to commit to that time to be better physically and mentally. Its 24 hrs and a quick 15-30 min workout you really cant beat it. And the monthly membership' fee isn’t expensive. Oh and its sooo clean

I am so so happy I found Hotworx! It’s the best of both worlds with instructor led classes but the privacy of working out alone or with 1 or 2 others. The infared feels so incredible and helps my tight muscles so that recovery feels easier. The facility is clean and the staff, especially Lisa, are so friendly and welcoming!

Absolutely obsessed! From the minute I walked into my first session the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. Everytime I walk in I get a big welcome from the staff! I feel motivated and confident when I am at Hotworx! Hotworx has been a HUGE part of my wellness and weight loss journey. Highly recommend.

Lisa has been AMAZING! From the day me and my friend walked in, her high energy which matches Mines was on point and made us sign up. Had she not been there for our free workout day idk if we would have signed up. Love Lisa and love the events she plans around the facility to 1. Bring in more people, and 2. Make the current clients feel welcomed and loved. Good job Lisa 🥰

I can’t say enough good things! Lisa is pure joy from the second I walk in. The studio is clean and beautiful. The workouts are perfect for me as a busy working mom. I can book a slot with flexible timing and I always feel better after a hot worx session. I’m very thankful we have this studio in Frederick so I can get my dopamine hit!

Hotworx has seriously been a life changer! With 24hr access and no cancelation fees for classes, it’s the ideal membership for staying consistent. I love the infrared benefits and the diversity of classes. The staff at Frederick Hotworx has been most welcoming and encouraging, they’re my favorite part :) I’ve never been more consistent with any other gym membership. Highly recommend!

Hotworx Frederick MD is the best gym experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been into fitness for several years now and no place has come close. Never have I been to a gym with the level of customer service they provide. The infrared saunas are unique and full of health benefits, the classes are fun/exciting, and it’s 24 hours!!! HOTWORX has been a great addition to my CrossFit workouts! I feel great after being in the sauna and love the workouts, especially those involving core strength and mobility! My wife and I were big Bikram fans--when that was a thing. Then drama and Covid hit, and nothing even came close...until now. Not only are the exercises dynamic, interesting, and challenging, but the owners are super nice and knowledgeable. The space is immaculate, easy to use, and all digital. Seems too good to be true...but it's right here in our backyard of Frederick! Can't recommend highly enough. Incredible value for the price.
