Overall, my experience at Ideal Fitness has been great! I've been going to Ideal Fitness for almost 2 years (minus the few months it was closed during the shut down). The equipment get wiped down after training session and the gym has a decent amount space to spread out, which allows me to feel safe while working out during the pandemic. Training with Jay has given me the opportunity to get both my physical and mental health back on track, while doing so at my own pace. Jay is always pleasant to be around and is very personable. He is very professional, accommodating to my personal needs/injuries, and flexible with my schedule. Jay challenges me to step out comfort zone, but he does so with positivity and encouragement. Looking forward to what the future holds with Jay and Ideal Fitness.

Ideal Fitness has been a wonderful experience for me. Each trainer customizes your session to your fitness level and challenge you. This is the most consistent I have ever worked out. I love this place. I love this place so much that I came back after I took a year off from the gym. I knew this was the only place to help me reach my fitness goal. I love all of the trainer here as well. This place is where I come to find peace after a hard day of work or when life become stressful. Each trainer has some different and unique to offer and they all care so deeply about your progress. I'm not just talking about weight loss either. For example, I was never able to do a box jump but Shay never gave up on me and kept working with me until one day I was able to do a box jump. Jay always keeps me in check when I go too far left with the Keto diet. He will always make sure I'm not too low carb which helps with my workouts and recovery. Chad helps make sure I'm not over doing it in the gym too much. This is so I won't over train. Each trainer has something to add to your fitness journey. As of today, I've lost over 30 pounds working Ideal Fitness.

Since the birth of my 2 children i have been having a hard time maintaining my normal workout routine. My wife suggested that i check out the trainers at Ideal Fitness. Jay is excellent! He pushes just enough and is focused on helping me meet my goals.

I have been working with Ideal Fitness since February. I started as a Groupon customer, but I knew after my first session that they were a good fit for me and that I was interested in purchasing a personal training package. My workouts have been challenging and individualized to fit my fitness needs and goals. Jay is reliable, creative, and motivating even when we working together extremely early in the morning. I have learned so much, including ways to create my own workouts and keep things interesting. I have also lost weight, improved my strength, and increased my agility and endurance. I highly recommend Ideal Fitness!!!!

I wasn't too sure at first about joining, just because ive been through trainers before and never had the best experience. That changed when I met Jay, Chad and Levon from Ideal Fitness! They invited me to try out a group training session and from that day I was hooked! Group sessions are high energy, and everyone is super friendly and extremely motivating
From there, I ended up signing up for PT sessions and I dropped 7 pounds within the first month from working out with Chad. Ideal fitness really hits all areas of the body, and I am forever thankful I ran into them a the Towson Town Spring Festival.
I would recommend checking them out. They'v even added a female trainer, Isabella, who is also pretty kick ass!
