Virgil Keen has been a wonderful trainer. I have been with him for around a year now and I am in the best shape of my life. Coming off of a shoulder injury a few months before starting with him, he has helped me get a significant amount of mobility back as well is strengthen it back up to where it no longer bothers me. I can’t recommend him enough

The BEST decision I made when I was approaching 45 (years old), was calling Kip at In-Fit Studio. I originally was looking to increase my speed and power on the tennis court while preventing the chance of injury and loved the idea of a private studio. What I wasn't expecting was the increased confidence, energy and overall strength I have gained in the past 1.5 years, and I am having fun doing it. Kip's experience and knowledge is amazing - he knows how to build a workout that will help increase my tennis game and golf skills while also enhancing my overall strength and balance for everyday activities. With Kip's guidance on how to eat healthy, challenging workouts, and my dedication, I lost nearly 35 pounds while increasing my muscle mass and strength and without a doubt I am in the best shape of my life. Plus, I have gained 20 yards on my golf shots! Every week I walk into In-Fit, I see continuous progress. Kip helped me reach fitness goals I didn't even know were possible. The trainers are great, respectful, and knowledgeable. The space is open and welcoming. My training plan is functional strength and movements, which has helped me recover from prior injuries. The other clients have always been supportive of my efforts without comparing. The type of equipment is what the owner would use while training for various competitions. So you’ll find a low impact treadmill or a unit to train for swimming. There’s a group bootcamp class Saturday mornings that would be a great way to ease into your training. I’ve been working out here for a few years and I recommend reaching out.

This studio has become like a second home for me. I started off weighing over 300lbs and I am so grateful to have found this studio because it has helped me on my journey and so far, working with Kip, I’ve lost over 100lbs. The trainers here are always welcoming and know what they’re doing. Personally training with Kip for over a year has been a pleasure. I enjoy learning from him various ways to keep myself healthy. The studio itself is kept clean and up to date which makes for a good environment when you’re someone who needs one-on-one training. Definitely recommend this studio and it’s trainers 100%.

I truly enjoyed working out at IN-FIT Personal Training Studio. I joined and completed the 12-week course. The IN-FIT staff are extremely friendly, professional, and taught me a lot about weight training and cardio. After visiting several gyms and searching the internet for the right place were my 10 year old daughter could exercise I had no luck. One night I came a cross with the IN-FIT STUDIO web page. I wrote an email and quickly got a response from Kip Jawish. We made an appointment with him and my daughter immediately felt very comfortable. Kip is very professional, friendly, highly skilled and Knowledgeable; The studio is always very clean and pristine. I know that A personal trainer can be a great way to learn healthy behaviors that will last a lifetime and that is exactly what I wanted to get her in the habit of making exercise part of daily routine. I have noticed that training had help her build higher self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment, along with helping her to get in better shape, more strength, Better health, Increased overall body-tone, Increased concentration and Decreased weight . He starts with the basics and do not increase difficulty or resistance unless She has mastered the movement or shows noticeable strength gains while maintaining proper form. He knows when he can push her to do a little more and when to easy off. I am seeing her do things that I have never imagined she would be able to do. He has a sense of humor and patience to work with kids, he has helped her with balance and coordination, he creates training sessions around fun activities and laughs always with Positive reinforcement telling her how hard she is working, he offers a balanced routine of strength, cardio and core exercise. He is Constantly asking her how she is feeling or how tired she is while exercising. I completely trust him with the training of my daughter, He really knows what he is doing. Thank you Kip, You are the best!

I just started working out with Kip and I have to say, I was very intimidated at first. I expected to find myself the only overweight person in a room packed with superior athletes and rock hard bodies. But instead it was a very private and personal experience, and Kip made me feel very at ease--my shame and embarrasment went out the back door. Kip was also sensitive to my physical limitations arising from a recent surgery. He knows when and how much to push me, lets me whine a bit, but doesn't let me get away with anything. I used to really dread these workouts, but now I really look forward to them, thanks to Kip and the team at In-fit!

I have been working out at In-Fit Studio since 2005. I first came to Kip's when my son (6) & I (44) started BMX bicycle racing. With Kip's help, my son became one of the top BMX racers in the country. Matthew Jr. has transitioned into competitive swimming and is now one of the top ranked swimmers in Maryland. The focus & commitment that Matthew Jr. developed while working out with Kip has helped him succeed in all sports.

When I first started working out at In-Fit, I had severe back problems. By maintaining a regular bi-weekly workout schedule with Kip, I have not had any re-occurrence of my back problems. I do get a little sore now and again, from challenging myself when I work out, but I feel stronger and healthier than ever.

Having been an avid road cyclist for the past 40 years, I recently started competing in Sprint Triathlons. In my first three sprint Tri's, I placed 3rd, 2nd & 1st overall. Not bad for a 50+ athlete. I look forward to many more years of a healthy & active lifestyle.

I have been working out at In-Fit for over three years. All the trainers offer exceptional one on one training specifically directed toward your personal goals and abilities. On occasion, when your trainer isn't there, you can be assured that you will be getting the same quality workout that you expect from who gets assigned to you because they take notes. The gym is well maintained, the equipment is up to date and the clientele are all focusing on their individual goals, not goals “out of the box.” They train individuals as young as early teenagers and adults into their 80’s.
