I’ve done a lot of workouts at different studios, even some big national chains, but Stacy is hands down the best. Her classes are amazing, the studio is super clean, the workouts are fun and actually rewarding, and the price is great. I love that she always takes time to answer my questions about health and food and keeps me motivated. And as a bonus, ever since I started the heated classes, my skin has been glowing. I’ve basically saved money on spa visits 😅

Immediately after my first class pass experience at Inspiring Fitness, I decided to join the studio, and it has become my favorite part of living in Baltimore over the past 6 months! Stacey encourages you to push yourself while creating a fun, energetic, and inviting atmosphere. She goes above and beyond for her students, catering movements to individual needs and even offering rides home after dark. Her knowledge on fitness and genuine care for students’ progress is immediately apparent, and her classes are by far the most challenging yet enjoyable ones that I’ve taken in Baltimore. I’m stronger and more confident than ever before thanks to Stacey. For anyone who has been struggling with fitness or consistency, you should try one of these classes asap. There is the perfect variety, so you can balance strength training, cardio blasts, body sculpting, and even yoga all at the same amazing place. As a retired dancer, the hot fusion pilates class on Thursday evenings hooked me, seamlessly incorporating a full body workout with barre. The other pilates instructor Kate Cook is an equally amazing instructor and person, and she teaches one of the most effective deep core workouts I’ve ever done. Allison Korycki teaches an amazing gentle yoga class on Thursdays that always leaves me feeling more flexible, relaxed, and refreshed. Stacey, the other instructors, and all the members I’ve met create such a welcoming community; the studio now feels like my second home. I couldn’t recommend it more. Walking into Inspiring Fitness and seeing Stacey’s smiling face has quickly become something I look forward to every day.

Joining Inspiring Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my fitness journey. I’ve gone from lifting to CrossFit and using ClassPass trying to find the best Pilates gym for me. Becoming a member here has allowed me to show up 3–4 times a week, sometimes even 5, because I truly love the classes and workouts.
Working multiple body parts in one movement with low-impact strength and balance training has given me the results I’ve been looking for. If you want to be toned, strong, and have great stamina, Inspiring Fitness is your gym.
Not to mention, Stacey is a literal angel who will keep you on your toes and laughing the entire class. It’s such a joy to be part of such a great community and gym!

I made the best decision when I decided to join this studio at the start of the year! Stacey is such a funny, supportive, and sweet person, who cares about every single person who comes to her studio. She takes the time to learn so much about each individual whether it’s about fitness or personal lives. Her classes are very well planned out, challenging, and fun. I never feel bored or not challenged despite being there almost everyday, she always has something new up her sleeves. I’ve grown so much in my fitness journey and honestly exceeded the goals I had set for myself this year, even while dealing with an injury. From barely being able to hold a bridge and basically seeing stars during class to now working out with heavy weights and built endurance, I have to give Stacey and the other instructors at the studio their flowers. I’ve felt well supported and guided during my time here. I also love the other instructors, they’re all so friendly and excellent teachers, you get a variety of experiences with each instructor. Stacey and her husband have created such a beautiful community, fun, diverse, and non judgmental. I can’t recommend Inspiring fitness enough, it’s the best!

I can't recommend Inspiring Fitness enough. I've been a member for a few months now and have already felt tremendous progress. The classes offer a great mix of HIIT, pilates, barre, yoga, and strength training and I leave every time feeling accomplished and very sweaty!! Stacey is what truly makes the studio so special; she takes the time to get to know you and it's clear from your first visit how passionate she is, not only about supporting your fitness goals but about making you feel part of a community. She strikes the perfect balance of making class fun yet challenging and evenings at her studio have quickly become a highlight of my weekly routine. Started this Pilates studio almost a month ago and I LOVE it. I love the intimacy and the dedication that the instructors show to get to know you and your strengths. Lastly, the monthly subscription comes with ALOT so it’s really worth the time and money! 10/10 recommend.

Inspiring Fitness is by far the best studio that I’ve been to. The studio is clean, easy to get to, and has a parking lot which is a huge plus!! I’ve been going to Stacey’s heated classes for about 7 months now, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength levels and physique. I’ve been coming to Stacey at Inspiring Fitness for about 10 months now, and it’s hands down the BEST decision I’ve made when choosing a gym! Even going 3+ times a week, her classes never feel repetitive — and they definitely NEVER get easier (in the best way possible). Stacey pushes you every single time. And by your second class, she will have taken the time to learn your name.
What I love most is the sense of community she creates, from rooftop classes with post-workout snacks to her uplifting social media posts that highlight members. Stacey is the best in Baltimore! I spent a while on class pass classes before joining the gym and I can confidently say no one in Baltimore matches what this studio offers. Stacey takes such a personal interest in her clients works with them on diet and exactly what they need to reach their fitness goals she has built such a welcoming and inspiring community of members and instructors. My favorite pilates studio in Columbia stopped accepting Class Pass so it's been very hard finding somewhere new with the app. I went to the fusion class with Stacey and it was phenomenal. I have been in shape my entire life, I run 5 miles 4 days out of the week, but this class kicked my butt hard. I'd go as far to say it was probably one of the best fitness classes I've ever been to and I lived in LA for several years. I really wish I could afford the membership but I hope they dont take it off of class pass for now. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I may try to get to the fusion class every now and then when I can. Highly recommend if you're big on fitness! ~L

Took a hot yoga class with Sarah B and she was fantastic! Had great music playing while she fully explained the movements. Provided modifications for easier and more challenging positions.
Also got a chance to meet the business owner who was so incredibly kind and welcoming!

I’ve been coming to this studio for months, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. The Pilates, HIIT, and yoga classes are always different and stay challenging, no matter how long you’ve been going. I’ve seen so much progress and feel stronger than ever.

Candlelight yoga is the highlight of my week! Honestly, I’ve always hated yoga, but even the Saturday Vinyasa with Sean was such a great way to start the day. I wish I could take a class everyday, the fusion and hot classes are amazing workouts and are a great way to discipline your body. Seriously, nothing beats Monday night Pilates. Stacey has to be one of the best fitness instructors in Baltimore. If you live in the area, you have to try at least one class.

This studio was Heaven sent for me since I've moved to Baltimore. I am new to both pilates and yoga, but Stacey is just so amazing and makes sure you learn all the workouts. I love how personable she is and how the classes are designed to hit every part of your body. I absolutely recommend the hot pilates and the restorative yoga, they are my favorite. Honestly, you'll get something out of every class, no matter which part of your body you want to target. Be sure to bring water and eat some carbs if you do the hot classes, besides that, you won't regret taking any of the classes here. :-)

Look no further - if you're looking for great classes, great instructors, and want to finally reach your fitness goals, you've come to the right place. I've been floating around to different studios around Baltimore and I never quite found the studio I was looking for... Until I came here! I've been doing hot classes for roughly a year now, but when I began Stacey's classes two months ago, I knew this was where I wanted to be. Stacey always challenges me and the classes make me feel refreshed afterwards. You can't go wrong with any class -- Hot HIIT Pilates, Hot Sculpt, Strength X, Hot Pilates Barre... Every class will change you for the better. My partner and friends have commented on the improvement of my physique ever since I began my journey at Inspiring Fitness. Wether you're looking for a personal trainer or some group fitness, this is the place to be. Did I mention they have rooftop yoga during the summer? ;~)

Inspiring Fitness is the only studio I'll go to in Baltimore, and the owner Stacey is a joy to be around and work with! Her classes can be difficult, but they are always fun, and Stacey makes sure to give alternatives and guidance for those who are looking for something less challenging, are not used to her HIIT style, or would just like to focus on different areas of tbe body.
Classes are accessible for all fitness and experience levels, and there is typically a wide range in attendance. The atmosphere is always laid-back and the more regular students are very helpful and accomodating to newer ones, often helping to set up and suggest equipment. I started as a total novice to working out and exercising in general and Stacey has helped guide me through all of it, from HIIT to weight training to yoga and even some diet tips as well!
I can not recommend Inspiring Fitness enough to anyone that is considering it. Try it once and you will see!

If you want an amazing workout, this is the place to go. Stacey, the owner, is not only a great teacher but truly cares about her clients. Inspiring fitness is wonderful! The neighborhood needed a boutique studio for yoga, Pilates and HIIT classes, etc. Stacey’s attention to detail for all her members and classes is unmatched! Clean, well stocked gym and amenities, and often provided refreshments for special events. The studio isn’t just great instructors but also a beautiful space. The rooftop classes are truly a treat and the infrared heat for the indoor classes really feel immediately amazing and add the perfect push to all of the class formats.

This is my favorite studio in Baltimore! You can tell Stacey, the owner, really cares about your experience and she is always working to improve the studio and bring in new things like fitness instructors, equipment to enhance your exercises, and events to enjoy! I took the hot sculpt class first and it respectfully kicked my a$$. Stacey was extremely welcoming and uplifting. I knew I needed to keep going back. I have been a member of this studio for over a year now and it has truly changed my body and the way I see fitness. With a variety of heated and non-heated classes ranging from barre, pilates, yoga, HIIT, and strength training, I’m never bored with my workouts. There are classes daily and they are offered in the mornings and evenings so I can also customize my workout days based on my travel and work schedules. Each instructor I’ve had has been incredibly friendly and supportive in making sure I understand the workouts and provide modifications as needed. If group classes aren’t your thing, Stacey also offers personal training and even has a body scanner to help track your progress!

I shopped around at a LOT of other Baltimore studios before landing on Inspiring Fitness, and from the first class I knew it was a fit. Stacey, the owner and one of the main instructors, is incredibly warm, welcoming, and committed to her studio. She knows every student by name, works tirelessly to craft and refresh workouts, and goes above and beyond to make every student feel comfortable. Getting back into shape or switching studios can be super daunting, but this studio truly has that "community feel" & support.
Stacey also hires a variety of talented instructors that are all lovely and offer different styles and experiences. The studio offers an incredible range of classes (pilates, barre, sculpt, yoga), super flexible times (morning/lunchtime/evening), and has a free parking lot around back (which is huuuge for a city studio.)

Inspiring fitness has been my home base for fitness and healthy living ever since I started attending classes 5 months ago. I’ve been working out with Stacey for the past 2.5 years. Her new studio Inspiring Fitness offers all the fitness modalities to ensure an optimal, multifunctional ( cross training) weekly workout routine. I practice Hot Barre, Hot mat Pilates, strength ( weights) training, kettlebell classes, vinyasa yoga and more at Inspiring Fitness. The offerings are soo good and well rounded, that I dropped my annual membership at the local gym. I personally prefer to lift heavy and Inspiring Fitness has a vast variety of dumbbell and kettle bell weight options from light weights to the heavier weights to accommodate every fitness level.
The Inspiring Fitness instructors are subject matter experts and do an excellent job of leading the classes with clear and concise instructions for both beginner and advanced students. The studio is very clean and there is plenty of free parking. Everyone and every fitness level feels welcomed and challenged at this great studio. Your body will thank you !!

I tried the HIIT Pilates class with Stacey and really enjoyed it! She was a great instructor and the class was a good challenge. She gave ways to modify the exercises to make them harder or easier (depending on what you were looking for). It’s a very welcoming and friendly environment, I definitely recommend trying workout classes here!
