Not a mega gym factory but a serious gym with ample equipment. Reasonably priced and offers many independent personal trainers or do it yourself training. Very friendly owner

Great local gym. Upper floor is a little cramped, but basement offers a lot more space and equipment. Christhian and the other trainers are courteous and respect my desire to work out over socializing. The surrounding suburb is excellent for running outside when the weather is nice. Only one shower in the locker room and it takes forever for the water to warm up after turning it on, but I've almost never had to wait for the shower because of another person. Most of the treadmills are okay. Only one LifeFitness treadmill that's really good; so if someone else uses it at around the same time as you, you are sol.

The elevator has always been a little scary as it shakes when you hit the second floor. But now there is a sign on it saying that it is broken for about a week or so now which is concerning. The mats always small like lysol which is good because then you know they clean them but I once saw the same piece of string on the wood floor for three weeks straight so I doubt they sweep/vacuum/mop often.
