ISI® is a 50-minute, low-impact, high-intensity, strength-based workout. Each workout is designed and led by a certified coach giving you one-on-one attention within a team setting. We focus on simple, but dynamic movements that will help you burn fat, build muscle and gain both confidence and strength. Through functional movements, every ISI® workout is designed to target different muscle groups, deliver measurable results and help you Train For Life®.

There’s two really great things about ISI White Marsh after being a member for a year. First, the workouts are amazing. They’re effective, never the same, and doable for any fitness level. If you put in the time and effort you will see results! Every workout is led by a certified coach and all of them are caring and motivating. The second thing is our amazing and welcoming community. You’re not working out with strangers, you’re with friends who get to know you, celebrate milestones with you, and check in when they don’t see you. Even outside of our facility, our team comes together to do canned food drives, fundraise for the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, and more. Great workouts, great people, and great results.

I’ve been a member for three weeks and LOVE it. The coaches, team camaraderie, and mix of different classes keep it fun and motivating. They also have a good variety of class times- early morning, midday and evening, so it’s easy to get a class in daily.

Great coaches, they are motivating and they make the workout fun. Love the music and the structure of the workouts — it’s never the same and you never get bored. I definitely leave class sore (in a good way) and accomplished. I recommend WM ISI Training for anyone that wants a fun, structured environment to support your fitness journey!

I have been a part of several boot camp-style gyms, but ISI Elite Training-White Marsh is the 'best.' The trainers and staff are encouraging, and motivating, and create an environment for you to reach your fullest potential.

If you're looking to take your fitness to the next level and to be pushed outside of your comfort zone, this is the place to be. I'd been working out by myself for the last 10+ years and had gotten bored with my workouts, but coming to ISI has me completely rejuvenated. Even on my rest days I'm thinking about how I can't wait to attend my next ISI session. I'm addicted to it and have stepped out of my comfort zone. The staff here are very friendly too. All around enjoyable experience every time I set foot in the door.
