I've had an outstanding experience with this Taekwondo school! The instructors are not only incredibly skilled and professional but also patient, encouraging, and truly passionate about helping students grow. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to advance your training, this school offers the perfect environment for all ages and skill levels.

The classes are well-structured, blending discipline, physical fitness, and fun. My son has gained so much more than just martial arts techniques—we’ve seen improvements in confidence, focus, respect, and overall well-being.

Both my children attend this taekwondo institute. The classes are taught personally by Master Jang , who has been doing this for about thirty years. The other instructor is Master Joseph Choi.
The higher belts get a chance to remedy techniques for the lower belts occasionally, which I guess is a part of the process .
I have seen the group participate in two tournaments so far and they have done their institute and masters proud .
Both instructors take great care to avoid injuries and focus on discipline , respect , perseverance and character building .

This place is by far the worst taekwando in Howard County. The master their (Master Jang) does not teach his class and all belts are mixed from all ages. Meaning that there is almost zero productivity. The dojo is extremely understaffed causing him to make students who have their parents pay money to make their children learn taekwando, do bathroom cleaning, take out the trash to the dumpster outside with no supervision, teach the class and by that I mean white belts teach the no belts and it’s to a rate where only the no belts learn than you just teach and waste your time. The dojo is also very small and extremely dirty. When I was there the floors were covered in dust, finger nails and hair. Master Jang doesn’t take taekwando seriously either at the last one hour of class he will tell everyone to play catch or sit down and do nothing because he doesn’t really care to teach correctly, their is no focus in technique and every now and then he will give junk food in the middle of class and influence kids into Christianity which is very questionable and wrong. To anyone who reads this DO NOT SIGHN your kids to this taekwando. And if your child has a form of disability then what Master Jang will do is lock them in a closet until class is 10 minutes from over. This place makes me feel sick and disturbed and there is no focus on taekwando here whatsoever.

I used to go to this school. Trust me, the potential I had to become a very talented martial artist was nearly lost because of Master Jang's teaching abilities. I don't know why everyone is saying that Master Jang is very caring, but he definitely isn't. All he does is wait for at least a class of 2, then have the higher belt, whether they be a red belt or no belt, teach the class. There is no focus on technique. He just wants the students to advertise him outside of the academy. This would be at school, or at tournaments that our school would come back, losing every event, from. All the discipline stuff, okay, I get it. It is TAEKWONDO. NOT SHOVE THE BAD CHILDREN INTO A CLOSED ROOM. A STUDENT CANNOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO PUNSIH ANOTHER STUDENT BY SHOVING THEM IN THE CHANGING ROOM. \I think that is the point of "teaching." I don't recommend this Taekwondo school. This is the last place I would ever go.
