We brought some teens for a fun hour on a recent Friday. It was our first time to try this gym. Coach Morgan was great - she really brought out the best in them as she guided them to try different skills and learn how to use the equipment.

My kids LOVE this place! We drive an hour to get here. They are learning skills and respect and challenging their bodies physically, and in a way that is so incredibly fun for kids. Wish they had a family class, I would love to join, but don't have time on my own.

Celebrated my son's 7th birthday with a Nerf Battle party. The staff was very responsive and helpful via FB messenger. Booking was so easy and the JCX team of Coach Morgan and Coach Sophia was very kid-friendly and attentive during the party. The play space and party room was adequate for the kids and they all enjoyed themselves for the hour we reserved the gym for. Highly recommended!

My daughters began taking classes at Jump Climb Extreme a few months ago, and I have been so impressed by the care the coaches demonstrate for each student in their classes. They quickly remember students' names, offer helpful and personalized feedback, split larger groups into different sections of the gym to keep things moving, and are genuinely invested in their students' success. They're also incredibly affirming and positive toward kids of every skill level. On the whole, they're working with a high-energy group of children who might not get this level of affirmation at school or in other settings where wiggles are frowned upon. It's a joy to see how JCX gives these kids a chance to shine, and I'm so glad Frederick has this gym!

It is a good price for a nicely featured ninja gym. It kept my nine year old
busy a whole two hours. I don’t think it is big or diverse enough for a membership, but for the occasional visit it is nice.

Just left here. This morning we took our three children and arrived at 1145 and had to wait until 1200 to use the gym because there was a party that ahd the gym rented. Totally understandable, reasonable, and I should have called to verify because this is one of the limited pieces of information available on the website, and I still had to fill out waivers.

Once the waivers were signed, the female employee that was helping us made eye contact as she walked out the door at 1200 and we continued to sit and wait as Tristan got ready for work. While sitting next to the front desk, and Tristan, another customer came in and went to the back with Tristan. At about 1225 I went and leaned against their drop mat while waiting to be acknowledged. The father of the kid using the gym was the only one to acknowledge me only to tell me his kid was using the mat as she was already falling g. I waited 4 more minutes without being acknowledged before finally leaving with my very disappointed children. There was another younger worker there who was sitting behind the counter but never looked up or responded to me when I went to have out names removed from their system.

Just had my two granddaughters there explained to the coach they had never been to an actual gym to do this and the coach did not help them to do anything it was a total waste of money for the day. Also no one else was in the gym at the time.

I've been going to this gym for over three years and it's fantastic! The instructors are amazing, and the obstacles are great quality! This gym is also a fantastic price compared to other ninja gyms! And it's also located right next to an awesome rock climbing gym the boulder yard!

If you're looking for a place that's going to entertain you while you kick back and chill, go elsewhere. This is a place to test your strength and challenge your fears. We took our 12, 11 and 7 year old girls and they had a blast. They walked away with calluses, bruises, soreness and a major sense of accomplishment. The staff was great in communicating and demonstrating the courses. Listen to their tips! Try, try, try and try again. Get out there with your kids and see what your body can do.

JCX is the best ninja warrior gym in Frederick. At first glance it seems small, but I was shocked to see how many obstacle combinations and courses the facility offers! Staff are fun, helpful, and really engage with both kids and adults. Their lead instructor Tristan is especially good with kids; he really works with them to accommodate every skill level and offers expert coaching and encouragement. I would highly recommend this gym for all ages, it’s a great place for parties and for kids looking to advance their athletic skills!

The only ninja warrior gym in the frederick located on the second floor of FISC. Obstacles are good based and scaled off of the obstacles on the ninja warrior TV show. Also offers a variety of classes and hosts parties in a fun and professional manner.
