I’ve been working with Matt for 1.5 years as I have chronic back, knee and hip pain as well as I recently had ankle surgery. Matt is that unique talent of being extremely knowledgeable about how the body works as well as being very personable, friendly and patient to explain each exercise in detail.
Matt is very creative and is able to come up with new circuit that emphasis taking care of the whole body and not only strengthening the muscles but also all the surrounding tissues, tendons , and ligaments. Thanks to working with Matt, not only am I able to manage my pain but I’m also able to be active again and bike and play soccer with my boys. I highly recommend Matt’s services for anyone who is dealing with body discomfort or seeking to optimize their body for any type of activities.
