Keep it Movin’ Fitness and Coach Dante are an absolute gem in the Kentlands – Montgomery County, MD!
Our son Mason has been training with Coach Dante this summer to work on agility, speed, and endurance for his upcoming soccer season. Not only has Coach Dante helped him reach those goals, but he continues to push and encourage Mason to grow stronger each week.
Thanks to his training, Mason has been named “Camper of the Week” at soccer camp every week — a true testament to the impact Coach Dante has had!
What sets Coach Dante apart is how much he genuinely cares. He’s incredibly humble, believes in every child he trains, and creates a positive, healthy environment where confidence and development thrive. He doesn’t just coach — he guides kids through their growth journey and helps shape tomorrow’s leaders.

Come on, if you have been to thjs spot before, you know you will get an unbelievably workout. The owner, Mr. Dante, he is very knowledgeable and pushes you so you can grasp each and every exercise technique. Once you leave there, you will feel it for sure. It keeps you returning for more. He is a very professional fitness trainer, which we need more off. He pays attention to posture, and is a Hawkeye to ensure you are properly following ths agenda.

I love the game of basketball. But let's face it, that's a young man's sport. Or so they say. I was starting to feel like I couldn't keep up with the young guys anymore and that maybe it was time to give up the game. But before giving up the game I love, I decided I would try to Keep it Moving. Within a few weeks at two sessions a week, Dante showed me that I could still compete by focusing on my stretching, core, balance, and agility. He works me hard but it feels like I am playing games and having fun, literally. But at the end of every session, I am drenched in sweat and feeling a little more confident in my body. I don't bother with my knee brace and I am back to competing on the court, all because I found a great trainer who showed me that I could Keep It Moving. He knows what he's doing and more importantly he can show you how to do what you need to do without a bunch of stress. No workout is too difficult but all are challenging. I've also lost 13 pounds and lowered my resting heart rate by 6 BPM as an added bonus! Thanks, Dante. I owe you!

I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with keep it movin fitness. I have gained the passion for working out again and I am very pleased with my results not only physically but also mentally. I use fitness as an outlet to relieve the daily stress. Dante makes the classes fun and even when I am too tired or sleepy his upbeat energy motivates me to give my all in my workouts. I would certainly recommend trying his classes, you will want to keep coming back to keep it movin fitness.

I was referred to Dante over 1 1/2 years ago. I cannot tell you how instrumental he has been to my health and well being. He truly is top notch and cares about his clients. The care and motivation he shows speaks volumes for a trainer. He will push you to be your best. So, if you’re looking for a trainer in the DMV area that wants to see you win…he’s your man.
