I totally agree with the other ratings, when I called, the guy who answered the phone was very rude and impatient, he wasn't assisting at all, he rushed me off the phone and said that he had to get back to work, they should probably hire an assistant (one who have actual customer service skills) because the guy who's been answering the phone "clearly" don't!

I recently called to inquire about boxing lessons and got a very rude individual on the other end....crossed that one off the list!

Didn't even make it to review the gym. The man who answered the phone was so rude and talked to me like I was a dumb slave who didn't know how to read when I asked him for directions to the gym. He gave me a landmark which I was not familiar with and when I tried to tell him I didn't know where he was, he just hung the phone up on me. I tried to call back to inquire about the hours and location again and the same thing, he kept hanging the phone up on me. Based on the service over the phone itself I would not recommend this place to anyone.
