I have two kids in Tumble and Ninja classes. They love it. The instructors actively participate and demonstrate vs do as I say type teaching. They have three levels of monthly packages which allow flexibility and convenience. Especially having two kids and the level 2 packages allows us to split the 10 sessions how we like between kids. Great if one kid is sick. Hopefully KNW doesn't alter this policy! Definitely worth checking out if your kid likes to climb and jump.

One of the worst places up and down. Customer service is absurd. My friend booked an event for 20+ kids 5 months in advance. Come to find out the event was booked for a month after the discussed date. Then the confirmation number was sent via a personal email? Not a company email like all the other promos and offers they send. So it went directly to spam and went unnoticed. When they called to confirm their reservation the people over the phone basically told them it wasn’t their problem and there’s nothing they can do. And acted as if they were doing us a favor by processing a refund? Like this entire situation should’ve been avoided had you guys booked the right date. Like I have no idea how you could even book an event a MONTH late. The absolute most incompetent people run this place. And I will not be booking anything here nor will anyone else who was apart of the group. And I suggest anyone looking for a birthday event, to skip over this place.

Absolute joke of a business. We booked this place (and paid the deposit) in October 2023 for my son's birthday party for January 13th, 2024 at 1230. At 7 pm THE NIGHT BEFORE the party, we find out that they do not have our names on the books for that day and mentioned something about February 3rd, which my wife is out of town for a month starting at the end of January so there's 0.0% chance February 3rd was ever even mentioned when booking. So now, again, the night before our booked party, we have to scramble to find something to accommodate a party of 22 kids and 10+ families. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE WITHOUT CALLING EVERYDAY TO ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR SPOT RESERVED. I've never stepped foot in this place and I never will. However,I do know one thing, this place SUCKS.

Correct, we missed the confirmation email sent from a personal email going directly into a spam folder. We were also never told we were going to receive a confirmation email so we were never on the look out for one. We didnt call because of a booking error, we called to get the remaining amount due so we would bring it the following day. In your confirmation email, it was also booked for 5:30pm, not 12:30 like you just stated. It's funny because all of the regular updates that are sent out from the kinetic business email, we received plentiful.

It's nice to see zero accountability being held by you and blaming us for not catching your major error. You eventually offered a refund and made it seem like you were doing us a favor, not attempting to rectify a mistake or even apologetic, which we can see you're still clearly not sorry. Your fake generosity by blaming us for not checking the email we were never aware of one, is "trying your best" to help?

However, following the kids eating we were then subjected to the instructors "playing" on the equipment.

Review of hosting birthday party: it was easy to book and reasonably priced. Staff the day of the party was excellent. They kept everything organized, safe, and fun. They really did an A+ job and made the whole experience a great one for our daughter and her friends.

Review of family open gym: not too crowded, staff was diligent and helpful. Everything seemed clean and well cared for. Very well priced for a fun activity for all of us to do together.

Very safe to bring your kids during Covid.
You wipe your feet on a bleach towel the second you walk in. Sanitizer at the desk for use after touching door. Temperature check.

Everyone wearing a mask except children under the age of five. We are choosing quieter less busy times to go. Feeling quite safe.

Not to mention the rad gym.
