This place is like Cheers for strong people (or people who want to be strong). Excellent, certified instruction in the Starting Strength program where everybody knows your name. Chris Lane is Woody...or maybe Norm.

I had never been to a gym regularly before coming here. Chris Lane is the owner. He is super patient and very good at working with people (explaining stuff, etc). I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!
