Went to my first aerial yoga class at Love Evolution taught by Chelsey on 3/2/2025. It was an incredible experience. Chelsey is absolutely wonderful. I signed up for the next class, I enjoyed it so much. Definitely my favorite yoga class yet.

Recently attended my first class on 3/9/24 and it was a pleasant surprise! I've been going to another studio in the area for several years and needed to change it up a bit. The studio and instructors were welcoming, plenty of space in the class for practice and the hour HIIT class was just the challenge I'm looking for in my practice. Will definitely be back and hope to see more HIIT style classes on the roster.

Lovely yoga studio. Professional and thoughtful! Love the space and all the instructors I have met. Elyse really reads the room and creates a yoga sequence for the students in front of her. Erin is so knowledgeable and friendly. Meg has crafted an atmosphere of acceptance and celebration of yoga. My number one reason to keep coming back is their dedication to their community. And… The attention to detail is awesome: body spray, hair ties, feminine hygiene, cool yoga towels, etc.

I am obsessed with this studio! I have done yoga at other studios and this is by far my favorite one. It is a welcoming community full of amazing and powerful women. I feel supported and there is absolutely NO JUDGEMENT. I’m quickly becoming a regular and I love every class they offer. Whether is a power class, slow flow, or even reiki I highly recommend trying it all!!

Below is my review from about a year ago. This studio has helped me keep my sanity over the past year!! Meghan has kept everyone safe and has given us so many options to continue to practice, including zoom classes, indoor/outdoor classes, pop up courtyard classes when the weather is nice. And she continues to safely offer community events like book club & world beats. If you are looking for a studio with fabulous yoga teachers and a supportive welcoming community, this is the place for you!!

From early 2020: Love Evolution Studio is such a wonderful studio. The teachers are excellent- they know how to create a zen environment while you get a great workout! Meghan (the owner) is super welcoming and fun. The other yogis are friendly and kind. LES is an all around wonderful place to practice!!!

I have been a member of the studio for a year and it has had such a positive influence on my health, mindset and energy. I have never been to a studio that is so warm and welcoming. I have never felt judged or intimidated here, which is truly important to me and the environment I choose to work out in. There are multiple classes of multiple levels for every level yogi to enjoy. I truly feel like I have found my home and actually enjoy getting fit.

My kiddo LOVES the kids classes there. Erin is a fantastic instructor who helps children learn about yoga. I really appreciated when my daughter came to me and told me she remembered from class at a random time because it stuck with her and been on her mind.

Love Evolution is the absolute best! It’s been a year since signing up for my new member trial week and Meghan has created such a welcoming studio. I’ve always felt at home, completely free to go at my own pace and challenged to try new things.

If you’re new to the area or have been wanting to check them out, you will thank yourself for walking thru those doors. It was the best decision I made for myself and my self care.

Their children’s program is amazing as well - both of my daughters have been in Erin’s Tots program since they were small and my oldest has now moved up to the “big kid” class. Her weekly practice has taught her so many wonderful skills to handle big emotions and challenges that come her way.

I am trying to get back into my practice and stop ignoring my body's other needs outside of running. The Evolution Power class is amazing. It's hot and challenging enough which I love but not to the point you feel like you can't keep up. Jill is a really good instructor. My new favorite.
