Meghan is highly experienced, bringing about 25 years in the fitness business to her clients. She is certified, kind, fun, and meets her clients “wherever they are at.”

You will end up looking and feeling significantly better by working with her. My body is in its best shape!!

Meghan is also inspiring because she practices what she advises; she makes you want to work harder and enthused about what is possible.

Meghan Tieff is an excellent trainer and motivator!! I’m a physical therapist of 26 years and go to her boot camps. She teaches / demonstrates exercises focusing on safety and proper biomechanics. As we get fatigued, our bodies naturally make compensations that could impact the safety of our joints. She is always watching carefully with helpful tips to protect us from doing anything unsafely. And she makes it SO MUCH FUN!! She’s always smiling and cheering us on. I feel tired getting up early on a Saturday morning to go to class with her but I leave class feeling great about what she’s helped me to accomplish! She gives me super energy for the rest of the day 😁. Thank you Meghan! YOU ROCK!
