I have belonged to many big gyms where you walk in by yourself, workout by yourself or take a class and leave. There is no accountability, comradery, encouragement, laughter or support system. Thomas Moreland Fitness has all of this and it is also a judgement free zone because no matter what everyone is there for the same purpose: to get stronger, commit to living a healthier lifestyle, enjoy exercising and work hard with the support of fun women. Melanie Thomas and her instructors put incredible time into planning classes and their attention to each individual as well as the group as a whole is the best I have seen. They are always prepared to provide exercise modifications and options to those that need something more or less challenging. Melanie is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist. So, in addition to being a personal trainer, she is certified to work with individuals to correct muscle imbalances to improve performance and in general help people move, feel and live better. I have personally benefitted from this and am incredibly thankful. Corrective exercises can decrease pain, enhance performance, improve posture, decrease susceptibility to injury, reduce stress and improve daily living. Give TMF a try! You will not be disappointed!
