This gymnastics center is a great place to inspire a love in the sport for all ages. My kids have attended from ages 2-10 and loved all the instructors and the class structure. Miss Theresa does a great job running the gym, we recommend Mid Atlantic to anyone starting their journey in gymnastics.

Our daughter has attended Mid Atlantic Gymnastics for a few years now. She started out in the Tiny Ts class and currently attends the accelerated class. It has been great watching the instructors teach and guide her along the way over the years helping to advance her strength and skills. The classes have overall helped my child grow both physically and socially. It has been rewarding watching her take on new knowledge and skills and advance along the way, she loves attending gymnastics class at Mid Atlantic. Coming to an end on another session and looking forward to the next!

My kids love coming to gymnastics here. It's the highlight of their week. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, so the kids are learning so much. Also, the manager, Braedon, has high energy and is very attentive when I need something.

We love Mid-Atlantic gymnastics! The staff have all been wonderful and accommodating to all types of kids. They are professional, yet fun. They were very encouraging to my daughter who was nervous to try different things and helped her conquer her fears. She can't wait to return!

I am completely dissatisfied with the Mid Atlantic Gymnastics Center. One of my daughters were told by an instructor to do push ups when she was not able to do a back roll. The instructor told her “you should be able to do a back roll” and it was week two. There was another occasion where the entire group was told to do push ups. I do not feel like this gymnastics center is for beginners at all. My daughter really wanted to do gymnastics so she could learn the basics, after 8 weeks she is more discouraged than ever. I will not be sending my daughters back to Mid Atlantic Gymnastics Center.

I was looking for a fun gym for my boys to learn gymnastics basics and get some of their energy out. Mid-Atlantic Gymnastics is perfect for us. The instructors are great and ensure the kids are safe. Teresa, the owner, is fantastic and very personable. I definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking for recreational gymnastics classes!

Teresa, the owner of Mid-Atlantic Gymnastics, runs a top notch rec gymnastics program. She ensures her staff are not only friendly, energetic, and kid-friendly people, but also well trained in safely teaching gymnastics skills. The classes are well staffed with teachers and assistants to make sure each child gets the hands on attention needed. The ability of the class and each individual gymnast is always taken into consideration. The gym is fun and vibrant environment for gymnasts to learn and grow. I would highly recommend it.

My daughter had a terrible experience here for her first gymnastics class. The place was complete chaos and the instructors were not attentive. My daughter was in tears by the end of the class and her confidence was totally shot. I expressed my feelings to the owner both via email and on the phone and she was rude and condescending. There are better gym options, look elsewhere.

The girls that work here are nice although often seem distracted. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional and not easy to deal with. While the place has nice resources, I wouldn’t support this woman.

Mid-Atlantic Gymnastics is the best! Our kids (4&5) love it here. Teresa is amazing and does everything to accommodate parents and make it the best place for the kids. There’s plenty of staff and they’re all excellent with kids and helpful with shy kids. There was even a time when another child wasn’t being kind to mine during a class and they handled it perfectly. They do different activities each class and we highly recommend their sessions!

I hate writing this review because my kids love going here, but it definitely needs to be noted that the ninja classes are thrown together minutes before class and not at all prepared ahead of time. The kids still really enjoy it. Also, when I explained that we didn’t receive a phone call back, like they told me I would, to let us know when they opened back up, I was adamantly told ALL families got 2 calls. Well, not ours. There was no apology at all about that mistake. I understand that things happen, but the way it was handled was unprofessional.

Our daughter has been in the Tiny-Ts class for a few seasons now and absolutely loves it! I love that even the Mommy & me class has the kids go through all of the events in a fun obstacle course. Having taught littles gymnastics in the past, I am a huge proponent of all kids taking classes if not to be a gymnast, to learn to train their bodies which helps in any physical activities they want to tackle. The routine of the class is perfect for her age and she loves Miss Theresa! Love the vibe of this gym and am excited to see what the older classes are like in the future 😊

We have been coming for years and my daughter loves it. She's almost a different person here - very self assured, confident, and I love seeing that side of her and knowing that it's due to the staff and her comfort level.

We've taken both ninja and traditional gymnastics classes and she loves ninja. It's a very active class and the instructors are constantly changing the set up to provide a variety of movement and courses.

The owner is amazing - very responsive and very organized. She's quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Teresa Yannone and her instructors are knowledgable, professional and they truly care about the well being and progress of each and every kid in their classes. A top notch facility in which kids can learn gymnastics in a comfortable environment. MAGC is a must for anyone looking to teach their kids gymnastics.

When I first met Teresa, she said she became the owner because she didn't want the community to lose the gym to which she had access as a kid. She was determined to keep the gym in Eldersburg because she knew how important it was to her childhood. And because of her continued efforts, the community gets to keep a great gym!

Fantastic center, all staff are friendly and accommodating to families and students. The small town personal attention given to each family is unique to the center. They make you feel as if they are an extension of your own family. My 3 children LOVE all the staff and classes, including the summer camps. The variety of class options exceeds my expectations for juggling a schedule of 3 children. The facility has been freshly painted and well maintained for its many years of use. I would highly recommend this gym to other families.
