Feeling amazing progress working with Kim for private Pilates classes! I have been consistently taking Pilates group classed for 6 months and have been struggling with my form and understanding how to get the most from my workouts. In our private sessions, Kim has helped me understand how to listen to my body more, know where my limits are and made subtle adjustments to my form that are improving my performance and form. The 1-1 attention, corrections and technique help Kim provides is game changing both for practicing Pilates and addressing pain/discomfort in everyday life!

Wow! Pilates with Mind and Body has helped me so much! I decided to add another dimension to my exercise plan with Pilates twice each week and it has really paid off. Life changing! Kimberly was an answer to a prayer. Recovering from an illness that resulted in thin tendons, loss of muscle mass, and Neuropathy, I was afraid to start exercising. A friend suggested Pilates, but also being overweight made me self-conscious to join a gym. Within the first 15 minutes of talking with Kimberly I trusted her. She is extremely knowledgeable and also took the time to learn more about my illness. We started really slow. She knows how to protect the body. She is super detailed, explains every adjustment, and provides easy to follow instructions. Several sessions later I feel like I could move mountains and my body is so much stronger! Iβm no longer afraid to move and try other forms of exercise. Iβm so thankful!!!

Kim is a great instructor-- patient, upbeat, dependable, and very knowledgeable.
She is also encouraging and makes me look forward to my next session.

Kim is the Queen of Pilates and I can't say enough about her expertise and knowledge of Pilates. I fell in love with Pilates because of Kim. Do yourself a favor and sign up for some classes. You will feel amazing and thoroughly enjoy working with Kim.
