I experienced this place the day that the flood-hit I went there for hip hop step it was unbelievable that this happened to such a beautiful place. But tomorrow I will be there again to welcome and enjoy the grand opening of such a beautiful place. This time I'm joining

Love this place! Wonderful instructors who encourage you to work towards your goals. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Ladies leave this place stronger physically and emotionally;) Been coming for over 4 years and still love it!

The ladies here are very professional. The atmosphere is inviting and cute. Very nice for an all women's gym. Everything is pink, gray, white, and black on the main floor, but there is a surprise teal color in the bathroom. They have childcare so having kids isn't an issue. Some of the ladies there are moms too, so they understand. They set their schedule to off peak times so that parking is easier. However, if there is an event, parking will be mad, so try to check for that and arrive early to make your class on time.

This gym is very supportive and they have a variety of classes that will get you in shape. It is beautiful inside and the windows make you feel connected to the outdoors.
