Take my son here occasionally as we have a punch card - not a membership. He LOVES this place. If the weather is bad or you have a toddler with excess energy - take them here to bond with other kids and give you a little break.

My sons party was my first experience with My Gym and I must say that it was great. All of the kids really enjoyed themselves. I was nervous that there wouldn't be much for my son to do since it was his first birthday but the staff made sure that the activities were focused around him and age appropriate. I would definitely recommend My Gym!

I recently booked a birthday party for my 2 year old's birthday at My Gym Owings Mills. The booking and payment processes were quick. I received a confirmation email shortly after I booked. About 3 days later, I receive a voicemail from the gym's owner noting that another event was scheduled for the same date and time of my son's party. I immediately attempt to contact this young lady to no avail. No one answered at the business for days and she never answered her mobile phone. I eventually text her and she returns my call immediately with lots of giggles and I end up having to cancel my son's party. She attempted to offer me free drop off registration on the same night I'd like to hold my child's party -- no thanks. I no longer have a desire to patronize this business. I understand the business generates more income for having the Drop-Off Night per child, but the staff/ ownership should not be so overt to that point. Please work to enhance the level of professionalism and responsiveness at this location. Additionally, as online-booking is an option and seemingly preferred, please ensure that this technology and the calendars function in tandem. Toddlers and their parents deserve good customer service too.

We love MyGym! My kids love all the programs and burning off their energy in a safe and clean environment. The staff is so much fun and amazing with all 4 of my very different children. I was rather skeptical about having my daughters 3rd birthday party at this establishment but being a native of the area and MyGym being super local I went ahead and booked her party anyway!

Let me just say that Ms. Alleigh ( Owner ) and her employees were AWESOME! They made sure that everything was PERFECT! From the moment we walked in the door it was nonstop fun.

I think that it's safe to say that Ms. Alleigh has taken all of the reviews that she's received and used them to revamp and retrain her staff.

If you're ever looking for something to do with your babies PLEASE make sure you take them to MyGym Owings Mills.

You won't regret it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was told their policy for charging your card consecutively per month was ALL OVER THE WEBSITE.

IT IS NOT!

Don't hold your breath if you are waiting for a call back to discuss matters in a timely manner, because you won't get it.

My child did enjoy the class and the staff was friendly, but their business policy and customer service are the pits.

In all honesty, I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication between the staff and myself. I have contacted My Gym in Owings Mills I would say at least 20 times this week and I haven't been able to get through to anyone nor have I received a return phone call. I am planning a first birthday party for my son and the staff is making it extremely difficult for us. Please have your children's birthday somewhere else. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through this hassle. It's by far the worst customer service I've ever received! The party can only be an hour and a half long even if you're paying over $400. It's definitely a waste of money. I'd recommend having your child's party at Kiddie Cursoe in Timonimun. I will never do business with them again.

Don't go to this location!! Management is sub par. Communication skills are poor. Your kid may often end up as the only child in the class. Did the summer camp and once showed up and my 2 children were the only ones there. Another time they closed for the day with no notice. Had auto-debit set up for my son. He attended a class with only 1 student. Due to low enrollment they cancelled the time slot that worked for my family. I asked for a refund since I paid a month in advance for a classes no longer available. I even called corporate, but they are independently owned. Still waiting 9 months later.. Even staff told us how to complain and say that management is never there and non-responsive.

I like My Gym i had my son's birthday here about 4 years ago and I'm also having my daughters birthday. Their customer service as far as answering the phones and getting back to you in a timely fashion sucks tremendously. I don't remember it being like this. Now they called me on wednesday like they were suppose to confirm everything but my fone was dead and i called back as soon as i saw that they called. i missed the call again. i called her personal cell phone left a message and i missed that call. (it was a crazy day for me) So now Ive been calling for 2 days straight and i have yet to receive an answer or a call back from them. I've called and I'm not exaggerating at least 50 times and no one has picked up. I called the owners cell phone and left messages but they have yet to get back to me and my daughters party is tomorrow.

We like the fact that MyGym is close and easily accessible from our home, but there are too many negatives for me to remain a member. First, the cost is $75 per month for ONE 45min class each week (we chose Saturday) - that in my mind is costly for a children's program because the class portion is really only about 20min max. But, since you get access to the practice and play times 1 hour M-F each week, we decided to register for the class. Now, here's the caveat: If your child is sick or has to miss their class and needs to reschedule MyGym NEVER answers their phone and they NEVER return calls when you leave a voicemail. Also, there are several occasions where we have showed up for class and/or practice and play and they are closed without notice or warning. They don't send you email notifications regarding these closures and you only find out when you drive up and see a big CLOSED sign. However, they are quick to email me when they have charged my credit card in advance for the next month's attendance and of course on some of those days you never get access to what you are paying for which is ridiculous. So, while I like the concept of MyGym and like that it's a clean place for children to play the nonexistent customer service makes this place a no-go for me.
